ताज़ा मामला डी एफ ओ पुष्प कुमार के नाक के नीचे मार्च 2021मे फर्जी भुगतान कर 1,50,000 हजार रुपए का है जो विना डीएफओ के मौन सहमति के सम्भव नहीं है। डी एफ ओ आवास के पास बने *वन चेतना केंद्र* के सुन्दरी करण कार्य के नाम पर मार्च 2021मे जिम्मेदारो द्वारा सरकारी धन मु0 1,50,000.00 रूपए फर्जी तरीके से कर लिया गया है जबकि मौके पर कोई कार्य नहीं किया गया है।
बताते चलें कि *वन चेतना केंद्र महराजगंज सोहगीबरवां वन्य जीव प्रभाग महराजगंज के पकड़ी रेंज के सदर वीट में स्थित डी एफ ओ महराजगंज के आवास के ही बगल में बना हुआ है और पकड़ी रेंज से संम्बिधत है लेकिन डी एफ ओ द्वारा दबाव बना कर उत्तरी चौक रेंज के कैश बुक से लेख बद्ध कराया गया है जब काम पकड़ी रेंज के कार्य क्षेत्र से सम्बन्धित है तो डीएफओ द्वारा दबाव बना कर उत्तरी चौक रेंज के कैश बुक द्वारा पेमेंट क्यों किया गया है यही बात मामले को भ्रष्टाचार की पोल खोलने के लिए पर्याप्त है इस संदर्भ में डाक टाइम्स न्यूज के पत्रकार द्वारा डी एफ ओ पुष्प कुमार के मोबाइल फोन नम्बर 8179649895 पर बात करने पर मोबाइल फोन नहीं उठा।
