गोरखपुर। अब वह दिन दूर नहीं किसानों का इंतजार हुआ खत्म हिंदुस्तान उर्वरक एवं रसायन लिमिटेड से किसानों को कोटेड यूरिया मिलना दिसंबर के पहले सप्ताह से प्रारंभ हो जाएगा उसी दिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अखिल भारतीय आयुर्वेद संस्थान एम से आम जनता के लिए पूर्ण रूप से सौगात देंगे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी एचयूएल का उद्घाटन करने के बाद एक बड़ी जनसभा को संबोधित कर सकते हैं और गोरखपुर सहित पूर्वांचल वासियों को बहुत बड़ी सौगात दे सकते हैं जिला प्रशासन अपनी तैयारी में पूरी जोर-शोर से लग गया है पीएम मोदी के आगमन को लेकर किसी भी प्रकार की कोताही ना रहे जिला प्रशासन व पुलिस प्रशासन अपनी तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। जिलाधिकारी विजय किरन आनंद की अध्यक्षता में एचयूएल परिसर में जनपद के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों व एचयूएल के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी। पीएम मोदी हिंदुस्तान उर्वरक एवं रसायन लिमिटेड (एचयूआरएल) खाद कारखाना के साथ ही अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (एम्स) का लोकार्पण करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री मदन मोहन मालवीय प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय भी जा सकते हैं। वह खाद कारखाना परिसर में जनसभा को संबोधित करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री के कार्यक्रम को लेकर डीएम विजय किरन आनन्द ने खाद कारखाना परिसर में बैठक की। बैठक में प्रशासन के साथ ही पुलिस विभाग, अग्निशमन विभाग, लोक निर्माण विभाग, नगर निगम, बिजली निगम आदि विभागों के अफसरों को जिम्मेदारियां दिया। पीएम मोदी के दिसंबर के पहले हफ्ते में आगमन से पहले सभी तैयारियां समय से पूरी कर लेनी है। 22 जुलाई 2016 में खाद कारखाना का शिलान्यास करने आए थे प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी वर्ष 2017 में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव का यहीं से बिगुल फूंका था। वर्ष 2019 में होने वाले लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले वर्ष 2018 में पीएम मोदी खाद कारखाना के मैदान में आए थे।प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के हाथों खाद कारखाना और एम्स मिलने के साथ ही पूर्वांचल के नागरिकों को करोड़ों रुपये की विकास परियोजनाओं की भी सौगात मिल सकती है। इसके लिए प्रशासन तैयारियों में जुट गया है।
खाद कारखाना का लोकार्पण इसी साल फरवरी महीने में होना तय था लेकिन कोरोना संक्रमण के कारण देर हुई। इसके बाद जुलाई में लोकार्पण की तैयारी थी लेकिन कोरोना संक्रमण की दूसरी लहर के कारण फिर काम रुक गया। अब दिसंबर के पहले हफ्ते में नीम कोटेड यूरिया के उत्पादन के लिए खाद कारखाना तैयार हो गया है। फर्टिलाइजर में लगभग सभी प्लांट तैयार हो चुके हैं कोटेड यूरिया तैयार करने के लिए बस इंतजार है प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के हाथों उद्घाटन करने का मशीनों का ट्रायल तेजी से चल रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी 22 जुलाई 2016 को नीम कोटेड यूरिया बनाने के लिए हिंदुस्तान उर्वरक रसायन लिमिटेड का शिलान्यास किया था। 2021 अक्टूबर को पूर्ण करने का जापान की टोकियो कंपनी को लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था जिसकी अनुमानित लागत लगभग आठ हजार करोड़ रुपए है जिसमें 10,000 प्रत्यक्ष अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से कर्मचारी अपने जीविकोपार्जन कर अपने परिवार का लालन पालन कर सकेंगे। बैठक में प्रमुख रूप से जिलाधिकारी विजय किरन आनंद वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ विपिन ताडा सीडीओ इंद्रजीत सिंह ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट/ एसडीएम सदर कुलदीप मीना एडीएम प्रशासन पुरुषोत्तम दास गुप्ता एडीएम वित्त राजेश कुमार सिंह सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट अभिनव रंजन श्रीवास्तव नगर आयुक्त अविनाश सिंह तहसीलदार सदर बृजमोहन शुक्ला तहसीलदार न्यायिक नीलम तिवारी सहित एचयूएल के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी चिलुवाताल प्रभारी व अन्य संबंधित अधिकारीगण मौजूद रहे।
