बताते चले विगत लगभग एक वर्षों से दिल्ली के विभिन्न शरहदों पर किसानों के ऊपर जबरजस्ती थोपे गये कृषि कानून अध्यादेश क्रमशः कृषक कीमत आश्वाशन एवं कृषि सेवा करार अध्यादेश 2020, कृषक उपज व्यापार और वाणिज्य अध्यादेश और आवश्यक बस्तु अधिनियम अध्यादेश 2020 इस तीनों काला और किसान दमनकारी अध्यादेशों को केंद्र सरकार जल्द से जल्द वापस लेंने के लिये चल रहे किसान आन्दोलन हो रहा है मगर केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार किसानों के जायज माँगों के ऊपर ध्यान नही दिया और लगातार किसानों को खालिस्तानी, देशद्रोही, विदेशी शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करती रही और अन्त में थक हारकर केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार किसानों के सामने झुकने पर मजबूर हो गयी। आज दिनाँक 19 नवम्बर 2021 को केन्द्र सरकार तीनों काले कृषि कानून अध्यादेशों को वापस ले लिया है। किसानों की जीत हुई है, आजादी के बाद ऐसी सरकार अबतक किसी ने नही देखा है। यह सरकार खुद ही समस्या उत्पन्न करती है और बाद में स्वयं समाधान भी करती है। पाँच राज्यों क्रमश: गोवा, मणिपुर, पंजाब, उतराखंड में मार्च 2022 और उत्तर प्रदेश मई 2022 में विधानसभा चुनाव नही होने वाला होता तो सरकार किसान हित में इतना बड़ा फैसला अभी नही करती। उक्त बातें वेटरनस एसोसिएशन के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, किसान मोर्चा व भाकियू (अ) के जिलाध्यक्ष, कुशीनगर रामचन्द्र सिंह ने पत्रकारों द्वारा पुछे गये कृषि कानून अध्यादेशों के वापसी होने पर बताया। आगे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, किसान मोर्चा रामचन्द्र सिंह ने केंद्र सरकार से माँग किया है की लखीमपुर खीरी में किसानों के ऊपर हुए जानलेवा हमले में केंद्र के गृह राज्यमंत्री को जल्द से जल्द निलम्बित किया जाय, किसान आन्दोलन में जितने भी किसानों की शहादत हुयी है उनको शहीद का दर्जा देते हुए उन्हें उचित मुवावजा दिया जाय और साथ ही साथ एमएसपी पर गारंटी देते हुए तीनों कृषि अध्यादेशों को सांसद में लाकर उसे निरस्त किया जाय तभी किसान दिल्ली के शरहदों से हटेंगे।
