आज दिनाँक-20-11-2021 को सम्पूर्ण समाधान तहसील दिवस के अवसर पर जिलाधिकारी कुशीनगर एस राज लिंगम एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर सचिन्द्र पटेल द्वारा कसया तहसील में जनसुनवाई किया गया । इस अवसर पर आए प्रत्येक फरियादियों की समस्याओं को सुना गया और उसके निस्तारण के लिए सम्बन्धित को कड़े निर्देश दिए गए । अधिकारी द्वय द्वारा सम्पूर्ण समाधान तहसील दिवस पर आने वाले शिकायतों के प्रति संवेदनशीलता बरतते हुए 
गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण समयान्तर्गत सुनिश्चित करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया । भूमि विवाद के मामलों में राजस्व व पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा समन्वय बनाकर निस्तारण करने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया । इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखने की हीदायत दि गयी कि मौका मुआयना करके ही मामले को हल कराएं ताकि शिकायतकर्ता भी निस्तारण की गुणवत्ता से पूरी तरह संतुष्ट हो सके। तहसील प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया गया कि सामान्य रूप से होने वाली जनसुनवाई में भी जनता की शिकायतों को पूरी जिम्मेदारी से निस्तारण कराएं ताकि लोगों को अनावश्यक भागदौड़ न करना पड़े।
