पकड़ी दीक्षित में स्थित पं राम अधीन दीक्षित महाविद्यालय में यातायात नियमों के प्रति छात्र एवं छात्राओं तथा कर्मचारियों को शपथ दिलाकर जागरूक किया गया। सभी ने शपथ ली,कि हम सभी यातायात नियमों का अनिवार्यतः पालन करने का शपथ लेते हैं, दोपहिया वाहन चलाते समय दो सवारियों से ज्यादा नहीं बैठेंगे तथा दोनों सवारी हैलमेट जरूर लगायेंगे। चार पहिया वाहन चलाते समय सीट बेल्ट का प्रयोग जरूर करेंगे। आगे यह शपथ ली गई कि आज के बाद हम दूसरों को भी जागरूक करेंगे। महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य श्री राजेन्द्र प्रसाद ने बताया कि पिछले सप्ताह डा. भीम राव अम्बेडकर महाविद्यालय, महराजगंज में हुई “सड़क दुर्घटनाओं के कारण और निवारण में युवाओं की भूमिका” निबंध प्रतियोगिता में पं राम अधीन दीक्षित महाविद्यालय ने उत्कृष्ट उपस्थिति दर्ज की, महाविद्यालय की दो छात्राओं सुशीला गौतम तथा सैयदा ख़ातून उक्त प्रतियोगिता में चयनित हुई थीं।
इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय के उप प्राचार्य प्रदीप यादव, स्टाफ में सूर्य नारायण पांडेय, विजय सिंह, घनश्याम पटेल, सना परवीन, मेनका पटेल, दिवाकर गौतम, राकेश आदि मौजूद रहे तथा छात्रों में मुख्य रूप से शुभम, सुशीला, आकांक्षा, बुद्धशीला, पूजा, सैयदा आदि उपस्थित रहे।
