तो वहीं दूसरी आडियो बृजेश मणि उर्फ छोटका बाबू पुत्र स्व शैलेश मणि और धिरेन्द्र मणि पुत्र मिथिलेश मणि के बीच वार्ता का आडियो भी प्रकाश में आया है जिसमें विरोधी पट्टीदार बृजेश मणि माननीय न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत मुकदमे की फाइल गायब कराने की बात कर रहा है और किसी एस डी एम के वहां से बंटवारे की फाइल गायब कराने की बात स्वीकार कर रहा है तो वहीं पीड़ित त्रिदेव मणि त्रिपाठी
ने डीएम महराजगंज और एसपी महराजगंज से न्याय न मिलता देख डी आई जी और पुलिस महानिरीक्षक/अतिरिक्त महानिदेशक को प्रार्थना पत्र देकर कार्यवाही की मांग किया है प्रार्थना पत्र में त्रिदेव मणि त्रिपाठी ने लिखा है कि हमारे संगे पट्टी दार बृजेश मणि ने अपने रसूख के दम पर विवेचक सीताराम यादव की मीली भगत से गलत विवेचना कर मुझे फसाते हुए चार्जशीट माननीय न्यायालय में दाखिल कर दिया गया है।
मामले का संज्ञान लेते हुए अतिरिक्त महानिदेशक (एडीजी) ने महराजगंज एसपी प्रदीप गुप्ता को निर्देशित किया है की इस मामले की जांच किसी दुसरे एस आई से कराए आडियो के आधार पर विवेचक के खिलाफ दंडात्मक कार्रवाई करें।
अब देखना यह है कि एसपी महराजगंज प्रदीप गुप्ता पहले वायरल आडियो और दुसरे आडियो को आधार बनाकर दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करते हैं या भ्रष्ट दरोगा के बचाव में खड़े होते हैं।
