गोरखपुर – वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ0 सुनील कुमार गुप्ता के निर्देश पर चलाये जा रहे अभियान के तहत पुलिस अधीक्षक नगर डा0 कौस्तुभ के पर्यवेक्षण में क्षेत्राधिकारी कैण्ट सुमित शुक्ला के नेतृत्व में प्रभारी निरीक्षक सत्य सान्याल शर्मा थाना रामगढताल जनपद गोरखपुर मय उ0नि0 कमलेश कुमार यादव मय टीम को अंकुश लगाने एवं पर्दाफाश हेतु लगाया था । टीम द्वारा लगातार तलाश व दबिश की कार्यवाही की जा रही थी जिसके क्रम में थाना रामगढ़ताल की पुलिस द्वारा दिनांक 07.08.2020 को मुखबिर की सूचना पर नहर रोड रूस्तमपुरके पासगिरफ्तार किया गया ।आयुध अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत मु0अ0सं0 747/20 धारा 3/25 आर्म्स एक्टथाना रामगढ़ताल जनपद गोरखपुरमें अभियुक्त को जेल भेजा गया ।उक्त शातिर लुटेरा अपराधी थाना स्थानीय के टापटेन लिस्ट में है । जो पूर्व में लूट, गैंगेस्टर में जेल जाकर जमानत पर छूटा था, तथा अपराध के दुनिया में सक्रीय है ।
