पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर के निर्देशन में जनपद में अपराध एवं अराधियो के विरुद्ध चलाये जा रहे अभियान के क्रम में आज दिनांक 10.12.2021 को थाना सेवरही पुलिस टीम द्वारा थाना स्थानीय पर पंजीकृत मु0अ0सं0 243/21 धारा 302/34 IPC से सम्बन्धित प्रकाश में आये वांछित अभियुक्तगण 1.लक्ष्मण पुत्र अशर्फी सा0 वार्ड नं0 1 अम्बेडकर नगर कस्बा सेवरही थाना सेवरही जनपद कुशीनगर, 2.सुधीर पुत्र स्व0 अशोक प्रसाद सा0 वार्ड नं0 1 अम्बेडकर नगर कस्बा सेवरही थाना सेवरही जनपद कुशीनगर, 3.गुलशन पुत्र हृदया प्रसाद सा0 वार्ड नं0 1 अम्बेडकर नगर कस्बा सेवरही थाना सेवरही जनपद कुशीनगर को गिरफ्तार कर उनकी निशादेही पर मय आलाकत्ल दो अदद चाकू बरामद किया गया है। बरामदगी व गिरफ्तारी के आधार पर मु0अ0सं0 243/21 धारा 302/34 भादवि में धारा 4/25 आर्म्स एक्ट की बढ़ोत्तरी कर अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि अभियुक्तगण उपरोक्त द्वारा दिनांक 14.10.2021 को रितिक वर्मा उम्र 15 वर्ष पुत्र परदेशी साकिन वार्ड न0-1 अम्बेडकरनगर थाना सेवरही जनपद कुशीनगर जो मेला देखने गया था, उसी दौरान अभियुक्तों द्वारा रितिक की चाकू से मारकर हत्या कर दिये थे।

3.गुलशन पुत्र हृदया प्रसाद सा0 वार्ड नं0 1 अम्बेडकर नगर कस्बा सेवरही थाना सेवरही जनपद कुशीनगर
