पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर सचिन्द्र पटेल द्वारा आज दिनांक 10.12.2021 को पुलिस लाइन्स स्थित सभाकक्ष में आगामी विधान सभा चुनाव को सकुशल संपन्न कराने के उद्देश्य से की गयी गोष्ठी, गोष्ठी में तैयारियों की समीक्षा कर दिये गये आवश्यक निर्देश।

गोष्ठी में निम्न बिन्दुओं पर विशेष ध्यान देते हुये आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिया गया
1. सभी क्षेत्राधिकारी, प्रभारी निरीक्षक, थानाध्यक्ष, बीट उ0नि0 व बीट आरक्षी को मतदान केन्द्रों के सत्यापन के लिए निर्देशित किया गया।
2.मतदान केन्द्रों से संबंधित रजिस्टर को प्रभारी निरीक्षक, थानाध्यक्ष, उ0नि0 द्वारा ही पूर्ण किया जाय।
3.विगत विधान सभा चुनाव 2017 व लोक सभा चुनाव 2019 में जिनके विरुध्द अभियोग पंजीकृत हो उनके विरुध्द प्रभावी निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही नियमानुसार की जाय।
4.सेक्टर पुलिस अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया की लगातार मतदान केन्द्रों का भ्रमण करते रहें, जो भी चुनाव के लिए घटना कारित कर सकते है उनके विरुध्द नियमानुसार कार्यवाही करें व पाबन्द करायें।
5.थाना स्थानीय पर समस्त कर्मचारियों का आडिट करा लें।
6.शस्त्रो का पूर्ण सत्यापन तथा तत्काल जमा करा लिया जाय जो शस्त्र जमा न होने योग्य हो उनकी रिपोर्ट स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी को भेजी जाय।
7.हिस्ट्रीशीटरों की चेकिंग व उनके विरुध्द नियमानुसार निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही करें।
8.चुनाव के दौरान सी0ए0पी0एफ0/पी0ए0सी0/जनपदीय पुलिस/होमगार्ड के रुकने वाले स्कुलों का मानक के अनुसार सत्यापित करा लिया जाय।
9.सभी थाना पर चुनाव कार्य देखने के लिए उ0नि0 व का0 मु0 नियुक्त कर दिया गया है।
10.टाप-10 अपराधियों के विरुध्द नियमानुसार प्रभावी निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही की जाय।
11.अवैध शराब बिक्री /निष्कर्षण, मादक पदार्थों की बिक्री, परिवहन के विरूद्ध नियमानुसार कठोर कार्यवाही किया जाये।
12.सभी महत्वपूर्ण प्रतिष्ठानों पर सीसीटीवी लगवाने हेतु निर्देश दिये गये।
उक्त गोष्ठी में पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर सहित समस्त क्षेत्राधिकारी, समस्त प्रभारी निरीक्षक /थानाध्यक्ष, प्रतिसार निरीक्षक, वाचक पुलिस अधीक्षक, प्रभारी निरीक्षक चुनाव सेल, निरीक्षक प्रज्ञान, निरीक्षक रेडियो, आशुलिपिक, प्रधान लिपिक, प्रभारी आंकिक, प्रभारी डीसीआरबी, प्रभारी विशेष जॉच प्रकोष्ठ, प्रभारी शिकायत प्रकोष्ठ, प्रभारी डायल-112, प्रभारी यातायात व अन्य अधिकारी / कर्मचारीगण मौजूद रहे।
