ग्रामीणो ने जिला पंचायतीराज विभाग जिला महराजगंज और एस डी एम निचलौल को लिखित प्रार्थना पत्र देकर कार्यवाही की मांग किया है ग्रामीणो ने प्रार्थना पत्र में लिखा है। कि उक्त रोजगार सेवक रामकृपाल ने अपनी सेवाकाल में करोड़ों रुपए की सम्पत्ति हासिल कर ली है और अपने वर्तमान बीडीसी पत्नी पुनम देवी को अधिकारियों को प्रभाव में ले कर ग्राम पंचायत में

श्रृजित बीसी सखी के पद पर चयनित करा लिया है ग्रामीणो का आरोप है कि उक्त चयन प्रक्रिया को ग्रामीण से छुपा कर किया गया है जो विधि विरुद्ध है सनद हो कि एक ही ब्यक्ति महिला/पुरूष को एक ही ग्राम सभा में दो लाभ के पद नहीं दिया जा सकता है।
उक्त प्रार्थना पत्र पर विशुनदयाल, शौकत अली, राजेंद्र गुप्ता, राम-लखन सिंह, मोहित, सद्दाम, ताम्रध्वज, दीपक, आदित्य पटेल, विजय सिंह,राजू गुप्ता, अब्दुल कलाम, आषिश गुप्ता (सदस्य) प्रदुम्न, आशिक अली,हरिश , योगेन्द्र, रूपेश गुप्ता, इन्द्रिय गौड़, रिऋकेश ,हारून, इंद्रजीत गुप्ता, कौशेन अलि,सदरे आलम,तबारक अलि , अनिल शर्मा आदि मौजूद रहे।
