डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचारपत्र कप्तानगंज/कुशीनगर। केंद्र सरकार व उत्तर प्रदेश की सबसे बड़ी योजना स्वच्छ भारत मिशन कप्तानगंज ब्लाक में फेल नजर आ रहा है, एक तरफ जहां सरकार लाखों करोड़ों रुपये खर्च कर शौच मुक्त भारत स्वच्छ भारत बनाना चाहती है तो वहीं जिम्मेदारो की लापरवाही के चलते ये योजना फेल होती जा रही है। मामला कप्तानगंज ब्लॉक परिसर में बने लाखों रुपए की लागत से सामुदायिक शौचालय एवं स्नानघर में पानी का अभाव के साथ साथ गंदगी का अंबार लगा हुआ है। जिससे यह साफ जाहिर होता है कि जिम्मेदार किस तरह मोदी और योगी सरकार की छवि धूमिल करने में लगे हुए हैं। जानकारी के लिए आपको बताते चले कि उक्त शौचालय एवं स्नान घर के छत पर लगभग 500-500 सौ लीटर की दो पानी की टंकीयां लगी हुई है लेकिन फिर भी शौचालय और स्नानघर में न तो पानी है और न ही साफ सफाई। शौचालय और स्नानघर के बीचों-बीच ईंट और सीमेंट का बना पानी का हौज जिसमें काई गंदगी जमी हुई है, शौचालय और मुत्रालय में गंदगी ऐसे भरा है जैसे मानों कई वर्षो से इसकी साफ-सफाई ही नहीं हुई हो। ब्लाक में प्रतिदिन सैकड़ों की संख्या में लोगों का आना जाना लगा रहता है, लोगों को परेशानियों का सामना न करना पड़े इसलिए शौचालय और स्नानघर बनाया गया तथा ब्लॉक में स्वच्छता बनी रहे सरकार की योजना का लाभ मिलता रहे । लेकिन व्यवस्था इतनी बदत्तर और लचर है जिससे विभाग के जिम्मेदारो पर प्रश्न चिन्ह उठना लाजमी है?
