करने पर अभियुक्त ने बताया कि हमारा एक गिरोह है जो वाहन चोरी/लूट/छिनैती आदि कई प्रकार अपराध करता हैं। गिरोह का मुखिया मै हूँ तथा मेरे गिऱोह में अन्य लोग है मैं हीरो स्प्लेंडर प्लस गाड़ी, मेडिकल कॉलेज रोड सिटी हॉस्पिटल जनपद गोरखपुर के पास से हीरो स्प्लेंडर आई स्मार्ट गाड़ी चुराया था। काफी दिनों पहले एक पल्सर गाड़ी, एक सीडी डॉन, एक हीरो होंडा स्कूटी एक्टिवा चुराया था। गाड़ियों को चुराकर हम लोग जंगल में ले जाकर छुपा देते हैं तथा ग्राहक देखकर नेपाल में बेच देते हैं
। गाड़ियों को चुराने के लिए हमारी एक अपाची है जिससे हम रेकी करते हैं। पूछताछ के दौरान अभियुक्त द्वारा यह भी बताया गया कि मैं और मेरे दोस्त और है बाद में जानकारी हुई कि स्कूटी सवार मर गया है और पुलिस तलाश कर रही है। लूटी गयी स्कूटी व अन्य चोरी की गाड़ियों के साथ अयुब,इमरान और समीर अक्टूबर 2021 में कोतवाली पुत्र राम भजन मेरे साथ धोखा कर रहा है। इसी वजह से मैंने राजेंद्र को बभनौली जंगल में चाकू मार दिया था जिसके लिए मुझे पनियरा पुलिस भी ढूंढ रही थी ।मैंने अपराध किया है थाना कोतवाली पर पंजीकृत मु0अ0सं0-497/21 ,धारा- 379.411.413.414.417.420.488.489 भादवि तथा मुकदमा अपराध संख्या-574/21,धारा-3/25 शस्त्र अधिनियम के तहत अभियोग पंजीकृत कर विधिक कार्यवाही करते हुए चालान मा0 न्यायालय किया गया।
