निर्वाचन कार्य में लगे शत प्रतिशत कर्मियो व पुलिस के जवानों को कराये वैक्सीनेशन

प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव दुर्गा शंकर मिश्र ने कल देर सायंकाल प्रदेश के सभी जनपदों के जिलाधिकारी व पुलिस अधीक्षको के साथ बैठक कर आगामी विधानसभा सामान्य निर्वाचन-2022 की तैयारियों, कोविड वैक्सीनेशन के प्रगति व प्रथम व द्वितीय डोज वैक्सीन लगाये जाने की प्रगति, पशु आश्रय स्थलों में पशुओ को ठंड से बचाव, धान खरीद, छात्रवृत्ति वितरण, कम्बल वितरण, अलाव, नमामि गंगे, प्रधानमंत्री आवास, मुख्यमंत्री आवास, स्वच्छ भारत मिशन, पंचायती राज व ग्राम्य विकास सहित सभी बिन्दुओ पर कराये जा रहे कार्यो के प्रगति की समीक्षा की। एन0आई0सी0 में जिलाधिकारी एस0 राजलिंगम, पुलिस अधीक्षक सचिन्द्र पटेल, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अनुज मलिक, अपर जिलाधिकारी वि0/रा0 देवीदयाल वर्मा, सहित सभी सम्बन्धित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
निर्वाचन की तैयारियों के सम्बन्ध में मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि निर्वाचन कार्य से पूर्व सभी व्यक्तियो को शत प्रतिशत प्रथम डोज का वैक्सीनेशन किसी भी दशा में सुनिश्चित करा लिया जाय। इसी प्रकार द्वितीय डोज के लिये पात्र लोगो को उनके मोबाइल पर मैंसेज भेजकर अथवा फोन कर द्वितीय डोज लगवाने हेतु जागरूक करते हुये लगाया जाय। उन्होने कहा कि निर्वाचन कार्य में लगे निर्वाचन कर्मियो पुलिसकर्मियो, होमगार्ड तथा अन्य जवानो को यह सुनिश्चित कर लिया जाय कि सभी को शत प्रतिशत वैक्सीनेशन हो चुका हैं। उन्होने कहा कि निर्वाचन कार्य तैयारियेा के लिये जितनी सुरक्षा बल की आवश्यकता हो कार्ययोजना तैयार कर भेज दें। उन्होने कहा कि प्रत्येक मतदान केंन्द्रो को पुनः एक बार भ्रमण कर भौतिक सत्यापन कर लिया जाय। यदि कही शैाचायल, बिजली, रैम्प आदि न हो या मरम्मत के योग्य हो तो उसके लिये धनराशि की मांग करते हुये सही करा लिया जाय। उन्होने कहा कि अवैध शराब, देशी शराब भट्टियों, शराब माफियों के विरूद्ध अभियान चलाकर कार्यवाही की जाय तथा अपराधिक छवि वाले व्यक्तियो के विरूद्ध निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाय। उन्होने कहा कि निर्वाचन में आने वाले शिकायतो को प्राथमिता से दर्ज किया जाय तथा तहसील/ब्लाक व जनपद स्तर पर आने वाले फरियादियों की समस्याओ को सुनकर उनका त्वरित निस्तारण किया जाय। यह भी कहा कि सोशल मीडिया या अन्य माध्यमो से प्राप्त घटनाओ की सूचना को संज्ञान में लेते हुये तत्काल कार्यवाही की जाय। सस्त्र लाइसेंसो को स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी बनाकर नियमानुसार जमा कराया जाय। जो जनपद किसी प्रदेश के बार्डर पर पड़ते हो ऐसे बार्डरो पर बैरीकेटिंग लगाकर सघन चेकिंग की जाय। चुनावी रैली व जनसभा के लिये स्थल का चिन्हाकन करते हुये रैलियोें में कोविड के दिशा निर्देशो का कड़ाई से पालन कराया जाय। कोविड के तीसरे वैरियंट से बचाव के लिये आम जन मानस में जागरूकता लाते हुये सर्तकता व सावधानी बरतने के बारे में रात्रि/दिन में थाने की पेट्रोलिंग गाड़ियों व नगर पालिका के द्वारा कूड़ा उठाने वाले गाड़ियों पर एनाउमेंन्ट माध्यम से सर्तकता व सावधानी के बारे में जानकारी दी जाय। मेट्रो, बस व रेलवे स्टेशनों पर एनांउमेंट कराते हुये स्थानीय चैनलो के माध्यम से प्रचार प्रसार कराया जाय। उन्होने कहा कि 03 जनवरी 2022 से 15 से 18 वर्ष के युवाओ को वैक्सीनेशन लगाये जाने की तैयारियो एवं 10 जनवरी 2022 से बूस्टर डोज लगाने की सभी तैयारिया पूर्ण करा ली जाय। इसके अतिरिक्त सभी अस्पतालों में कोविड से सम्बन्धित सभी तैयारिया चिकित्सको व दवाओं की उपलब्धतता सुनिश्चित करते हुये निगरानी समितियों को सक्रिय करें। उन्होने जिलाधिकारियो को निर्देशित करते हुये कहा कि लगाये गये सभी आक्सीजन गैस प्लांटो का स्वय निरीक्षण करते हुये अपने समक्ष चालू कराकर सत्यापन कर ले ताकि समय रहते हुये यह उपयोग में आ सकें।
आवारा पशुओं के सम्बन्ध में कहा कि नगर तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में घूमने वाले शत प्रतिशत आवारा पशुओ को पुश आश्रय स्थलों में रखा जाय तथा पशु आश्रय स्थलों में पशुओ के लिये चारा, पानी एवं ठंड से बचाव के लिये अलाव आदि की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाय। कड़ाके की शीतलहर व ठंड से बचाव के लिये गरीब, असहाय व निराश्रित लोगो में कम्बल वितरण, प्रमुख बाजारो व चैराहो पर अलाव की व्यवस्था, रैन बसेरो में सभी व्यवस्थायें सुश्नििचत करायी जाये। उन्होने कहा कि जिलाधिकारी रात्रि में भ्रमण कर रैन बसेरों के बोर में जानकारी ली लाय। धान खरीद के सम्बन्ध में कहा कि आनलाइन टोकन की व्यवस्था की गयी है इसमें यह सुनिश्चित किया जाय कि किसानो को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो तथा धान की खरीद में प्रगति लाते हुये लक्ष्य सापेक्ष खरी की जाय। छात्रवृत्ति वितरण, नगर विकास, स्मार्ट सिटी, अमृत योजना, नमामि गंगे परियोजना के तहत जल जीवन मिशन पंचायती राज, ग्राम्य विकास, प्रधानमंत्री आवास ग्रामीण व शहरी, मुख्यमंत्री आवास, स्वच्छ भारत मिशन सहित सभी विभागीय योजनाओ में प्रगति लाने का निर्देश देते हुये कहा कि छात्रवृत्ति वितरण में अधिक छात्रो के खातों में धनराशि जाना अवशेष रह गया है 03 दिनों अन्दर शत प्रतिशत पात्र छात्रो के खाते में छात्रवृत्ति देना सुनिश्चित करें।
