डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचार ब्यूरो कुशीनगर । अपर जिलाधिकारी देवी दयाल वर्मा ने बताया कि मकर संक्रांति, गणतंत्र दिवस, मोहम्मद हजरत अली जन्मदिवस, महाशिवरात्रि एवं संभावित विधानसभा निर्वाचन, विभिन्न प्रकार के परीक्षाएं व कोरोनावायरस के संक्रमण को रोकने की दृष्टि से संपूर्ण जनपद कुशीनगर की सीमाओं में शासन के निर्देशानुसार उक्त समस्त त्योहारों को सकुशल एवं शांतिमय वातावरण में संपन्न कराने व जनपद में शांति व कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने तथा लोक शांति भंग होने से रोकने एवं उन पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण हेतु किसी भी अप्रिय संप्रदायिक घटना को रोकने हेतु निरोधात्मक कदम के तहत धारा 144 के अंतर्गत जनपद में प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश / निषेधाज्ञा पारित की जाती है। उन्होनें स्पष्ट किया कि इस दौरान कोई भी व्यक्ति राजमार्ग सड़क जाम नहीं करेगा, जनपद सीमा के अंतर्गत कोई भी व्यापारिक प्रतिष्ठान/ सार्वजनिक परिवहन /दुकानों रिक्शा/ टैक्सी आदि सामान्य परिवहन को नहीं रोकेगा ना ही बंद कराने का प्रयास करेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि किसी भी स्थान पर 05 से अधिक व्यक्ति एक साथ एकत्र नहीं होंगे, जनपद सीमा के अंतर्गत कोई व्यक्ति लाठी,डंडा, बल्लम, फरसा,धारदार हथियार, आग्नेयास्त्र, सोडा वाटर की बोतल या अन्य किसी प्रकार की ऐसी वस्तु जिसका प्रयोग कर किसी को चोट पहुंचाई जा सके लेकर नहीं चलेगा ना ही प्रदर्शन करेगा, जनपद कुशीनगर सीमा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी भी सार्वजनिक स्थान पर आपत्तिजनक, अश्लील, सांप्रदायिक अथवा शांति व्यवस्था नुकसान पहुंचा सकने वाले नारे या भाषण नहीं करेगा। इसके साथ ही कोई व्यक्ति ऑडियो /वीडियो, सोशल मीडिया पर ऐसा कोई संदेश प्रसारित नहीं करेगा जिससे सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव बाधित होने की संभावना हो। उन्होंने बताया कि किसी भी प्रकार की ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का प्रयोग रात्रि 10:00 बजे से प्रातः 6:00 बजे के मध्य नहीं किया जाएगा। प्रातः 6:00 से रात्रि 10:00 के मध्य ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का प्रयोग सक्षम अधिकारी से अनुमति प्राप्त करने के उपरांत ही किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि कोई व्यक्ति किसी भी प्रकार की अफवाह फैलाने का प्रयास नही करेगा जिससे कि कोई सामुदाय दिगभ्रमित हो, कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने घर के सामने, आंगन,बरामदे, छत, दीवार पर कोई भी चोट पहुंचाने वाली वस्तु एकत्र नहीं करेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि कोई व्यक्ति किसी कार्यक्रम के आयोजन हेतु किसी भी व्यक्ति से जबरन चंदा वसूल नहीं करेगा, कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी भी परिस्थिति में किसी भी प्रकार के कार्य हेतु कटिया कनेक्शन के माध्यम से विद्युत आपूर्ति प्राप्त नहीं करेगा, किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा अनधिकृत रूप से लाल नीली बत्ती, हूटर, शायरन का प्रयोग वाहन पर नहीं किया जाएगा ना ही वाहनों के शीशे पर काली फिल्म का प्रयोग किया जाएगा, कोई व्यक्ति किसी भी परिस्थिति में अवैधानिक रूप से किसी व्यापारिक प्रतिष्ठान, सरकारी और गैर सरकारी संस्था स्कूल कॉलेज आदि को जबरदस्ती बंद नहीं करवाएगा, कोई भी व्यक्ति ऐसा कोई विवरण पत्रिका, पुस्तक अथवा कोई लेख ना तो प्रकाशित करेगा ना ही करवाएगा जिससे किसी व्यक्ति अथवा व्यक्तियों के वर्ग समुदाय में घृणा द्वेष पैदा करने वाली भावना उत्पन्न हो, शासन द्वारा कोरोनावायरस के दृष्टिगत दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन किया किया जाएगा। इस संदर्भ में उन्होंने बताया कि *कोई भी व्यक्ति यदि उपरोक्त आदेश या निषेधाज्ञा का उल्लंघन करते हुए पाया गया तो उसके विरुद्ध भारतीय दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता की धारा 188 के अंतर्गत कार्यवाहीअमल में लाई जाएगी। उपरोक्त आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से दिनांक 7 मार्च 2022 तक प्रभावी रहेगा
