बचाव में सिर्फ वर्षा गुप्ता के नाम एफआईआर दर्ज करा कर अपने कर्तव्यों का इतिश्री कर लिया और आज तक कभी निचलौल पुलिस द्वारा मामले में विवेचना पुर्ण नहीं किया गया तो वहीं दूसरी ओर भारतीय खाद्य निगम के लोअर पुरवा, जोगिया बारी , बृजमनगंज डिपो का हाल भ्रष्टाचार का गढ़ बना हुआ है। यहां दर्जनों गाडियां अधिकत्तर लोडिंग न होने से वापस हो रही है या हालटेज ले रही है लोअर पुरवा डिपो पर ठेकेदार द्वारा लेबरों को नकहा गोदाम पर भेज दिया जाता है और ग्रुप में लिखा जाता है कि धर्म कांटा खराब होने के कारण लोडिंग नहीं हो सकती है आज भी लगभग दर्जनों गाड़ी गोदाम पर पहुंची है लेबर द्वारा यह कहा जा रहा है कि यहां के लेबर नकहा गोदाम पर चली गई है इतनी गाड़ियों की लोडिंग नहीं हो सकती है इस तरह हरपुरवा गोदाम से समय से खाद्यान्न का उठान होना असंभव है। भारतीय खाद्य निगम के इन गोदामों पर कटे फटे बोरे का ढेर बिखरे गेहूं की ढेर बहुतायत मात्रा में देखें जा सकतें हैं। विडियो में एक ट्रक पर कटे फटे बोरे लोड कर रहे हैं जिसका वजन लगभग 20 किलो से 30 किलो ही बताया जा रहा है। ऐसे में लगभग 15 से 20 किलो गेहूं बोरे में कम दिया जा रहा है अब सवाल यह उठता है कि भारतीय खाद्य निगम के डिपो जोगीया बारी , बृजमनगंज और लोअर पुरवा के गोदामों से हर रोज लोडिंग में कम दिया गया राशन का जिम्मेदार कोन है और कम दिए गए अनाज के कारण बचे अनाज का क्या किया गया और जिम्मेदारो की जिम्मेदारी क्या है और इस घोटाले के जिम्मेदारों पर क्या कार्रवाई हो पाएंगी या बर्षा गुप्ता प्रकरण की भांति सिर्फ दिखावा हो कर रह जाएगा।
