डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचार ब्यूरो कुशीनगर । पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर सचिन्द्र पटेल के निर्देशन एवं अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर रितेश कुमार सिंह के कुशल पर्यवेक्षण में तथा क्षेत्राधिकारी कसया पियूषकान्त राय के कुशल नेतृत्व में जनपद में अपराध एवं अपराधियों के रोकथाम हेतु चलाये जा रहे अभियान के क्रम में हत्या के अभियोग में नामजद तीन अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। विदित है कि दिनांक 23.03.2022 को थाना कसया पर वादी श्री रसगुल्ला पुत्र जगदेव साकिन ग्राम सिसई गुरमिया लाठौर टोला कुड़वा दिलीपनगर द्वारा थाना स्थानीय पर खुद के बच्चों मंजना उम्र 05 वर्ष, स्वीटी उम्र 03 वर्ष व पुत्र समर उम्र 02 वर्ष व भाई की लड़की का पुत्र आयुष उम्र 05 वर्ष द्वारा घर के अहाते में फेके गये टाफी को खा लेने से हो गयी मृत्यु के संबंध में मुल्जिमान 1. प्रेम प्रसाद पुत्र जोगिन्दर प्रसाद 2. बाला पुत्र जोगिन्दर 3. चाबस पुत्र राजबली साकिनान सिसई गुरमिया लाठौर टोला थाना कसया जनपद कुशीनगर के विरुद्ध तहरीर देकर मु0अ0सं0 171/2022 धारा 302/328/506/34 भादवि का अभियोग पंजीकृत कराया गया था।

उक्त घटना की गम्भीरता को देखते हुए श्रीमान् पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय द्वारा तत्काल पुलिस की तीन टीमें गठित कर घटना के शीघ्र अनावरण हेतु निर्देश दिये गये थे जिसके क्रम में टीमें लगातार साक्ष्य संकंलन कर रही थी। प्रयाप्त साक्ष्य संकंलित करते हुए आज दिनांक 27.03.2022 को थाना कसया पुलिस टीम द्वारा घटना में सम्मिलित नामजद अभियुक्तगण 1.प्रेम प्रसाद पुत्र जोगिन्दर प्रसाद 2. बाला पुत्र जोगिन्दर 3. चाबस पुत्र राजबली उपरोक्त को गिरफ्तार कर अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है। उल्लेखनीय है कि अभियुक्तगणों द्वारा वादी मुकदमा रसगुल्ला के परिवार से पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर चाकलेट/टाफी में जहरीला पदार्थ मिलाकर उसके घऱ के अहाते मे रख दिया गया था जिसको उपरोक्त बच्चों द्वारा खा लिया गया था जिससे उक्त चारों बच्चों की मृत्यु हो गयी थी। गिरफ्तार करने वाली पुलिस टीम में प्र0नि0 अनिल कुमार उपाध्याय थाना कसया जनपद कुशीनगर,उ0नि0 रविभूषण राय थाना कसया जनपद कुशीनगर, का0 कमलेश कुमार थाना कसया जनपद कुशीनगर ,का0 शेर बहादुर सिंह थाना कसया जनपद कुशीनगर रहे।
