मारवाड़ी मुहल्ला चमन गंज रोड पर रास्ते की जमीन पर धनराज गुप्ता पुत्र अज्ञात और नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष निचलौल एवं अधिशासी अधिकारी निचलौल के सह पर अवैध कब्जा किया जा रहा है, जिसपर उप जिलाधिकारी निचलौल ने दिनांक 03-05-2022 को एसएचओ /लेखपाल को निर्देश दिया है कि उक्त सड़क की भूमि पर अवैध निर्माण को रोक दे। तो वहीं रूपेश वर्मा द्वारा आई0 जी0 आर0 एस0 पर कम्पलेंट नम्बर 40018722005752 में लिखा गया है कि निचलौल नगर अध्यक्ष विश्वनाथ मद्धेशिया की मीली भगत से सड़क की भूमि पर अपने रिश्तेदार द्वारा स्थानीय तहसील प्रशासन से मीली भगत कर अवैध निर्माण कराने का आरोप लगाया है । जबकि अभिलेखों और सूत्रों की मानें तो वर्तमान में उक्त भूमि की मालकिन चंपा देवी है।

चंपादेवी दिनांक 30/10/2021 को ज़रिए बैनामा धनराज,मनराज,बृजराज से 6,00,000( छः लाख) रूपए में खरिदा है और काबिज दाखिल रही है जिसका क्षेत्रफल 720 वर्ग फीट है और चौहद्दी उत्तर में पक्की रोड पश्चिम में मकान कन्हैया वर्मा, पूरब में मकान विजय केडिया और दक्षिण में मकान ज्ञान प्रकाश का स्थित है ।

अब देखना यह है कि उक्त प्रकरण से संबंधित जमीनी,अभिलेखों में कितनी सच्चाई है। या उक्त भू-खंड को हड़पने का कोई कुचक्र है या वर्तमान नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष विश्वनाथ मद्धेशिया और अधिशासी अधिकारी को जो जमीन को हड़पने में बाधक बने हुए हैं को बदनाम करने का प्रयास है ।
