डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचारपत्र कुशीनगर- जनपद कुशीनगर के थाना क्षेत्र नेबुआ नौरंगिया के नौरंगिया- कप्तानगंज मार्ग पर ग्राम सभा सिरसिया कला के सामने एक बाइक सवार व्यक्ति को ट्रक ने टक्कर मार घायल कर दिया। ग्रामीणों ने आनन-फानन में एंबुलेंस बुलाकर घायल व्यक्ति को इलाज कराने हेतु सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र कोटवा भिजवाया। बताते चलें कि लगभग 7:00 बजे के आसपास ग्राम पिपरा बाजार के बाबा टोला निवासी संदीप कुशवाहा पुत्र रामकयाश कुशवाहा कप्तानगंज के तरफ से नौरंगिया आ रहे थे और नौरंगिया से कप्तानगंज की तरफ जा रहा ट्रक ने ग्राम सभा सिरसिया कला के नजदीक बाइक सवार को टक्कर मारा जिससे गंभीर रूप से 
बाइक सवार घायल हो गया तथा ट्रक चालक ट्रक को लेकर भागने लगा। जिसे ग्रामीणों ने पीछा कर कलवारी पट्टी गांव के पास चालक सहीत ट्रक को पकड़ा और पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया। 
ग्रामीणों ने घायल संदीप कुशवाहा को इलाज के लिए सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र कोटवा एंबुलेंस से भिजवाया। सूचना पर सब इंस्पेक्टर इन्द्रभान पहुंच कर बाइक और ट्रक को कब्जे में लेकर कानूनी कार्यवाही में जुट गए।
