डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचारपत्र गोरखपुर। बच्चे,जवान व बुजुर्गों कि असहनीय गर्मी व लू से हो रही सेहत खराब को ध्यान में रखते हुए सामाजिक संगठन युवा जनकल्याण समिति के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष गोरखपुर शहर के युवा समाजसेवी कुलदीप पाण्डेय ने लू के प्रति सतर्कता व सावधानी बरतने हेतु जन जागरूकता संदेश देने हेतु अभियान चलाया। समाजसेवी कुलदीप पाण्डेय ने कहा कि अभियान मोहल्लों,चौराहों आदि सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर भी चलाया जायेगा और हजारों कि संख्या मे लोगों को आगामी 5 जून तक जागरूक कर अभियान को सार्थक भी बनाना है। युवा समाजसेवी कुलदीप पाण्डेय ने तेज गर्मी व लू लगने के कारण,लक्षण तथा होने वाले नुकसानों व बचाव को पम्पलेट (पर्चा) के माध्यम से सर्वप्रथम स्कूली बच्चों के बीच पहुंच कर जागरूकता फैलाने का कार्य किये तथा कहे कि आज अधिकांश स्कूलोें में गर्मी कि छूट्टी हो गयी है और बहुत से स्कूल आज कल मे ही बन्द हो जायेंगे,जिससे अधिकतर बच्चे अनायास ही जून माह के प्रचण्ड गर्मी मे घर से बाहर घुमते रहेंगे.
इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए स्कूली बच्चों में लू से बचाव के लिए जानकारी दिये तथा अपने परिवार व आस पास के बच्चों बुजुर्गों आदि को जागरूक करने के लिए प्रेरित किये। युवा समाजसेवी ने पर्चे के माध्यम से जानकारी दिया कि प्रचण्ड गर्मी व लू मे घर से बाहर निकलने के पहले भर पेट पानी अवश्य पीएं,सूती ढीले एवं आरामदायक कपड़े पहनें,धूप में निकलते समय अपना सिर ढककर रखें, टोपी,कपड़ा,छतरी का उपयोग करें। पानी,छांछ,ओ आर एस घोल या घर में बने पेय पदार्थ जैसे-लस्सी,नीबू पानी,आम का पना इत्यादि का सेवन करें.भरपेट ताजा भोजन करके ही घर से निकले,धूप में अधिक न निकले,साथ ही अधिक दिक्कत महसूस होने पर चिकित्सा परामर्श अवश्य लें।
