कप्तानगंज- आज दिनाँक 28 सितम्बर 2020 को वेटरनस एसोसिएशन किसान मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष व भारतीय किसान यूनियन (अम्बावता) के जिलाध्यक्ष रामचन्द्र सिंह अपने कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ मिलकर अत्यधिक संख्या में तैनात पुलिस बल के बीच कप्तानगंज तहसील पहुँच कर अपने छः सूत्रीय माँगों का ज्ञापन महामहिम राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविन्द जी से सम्बन्धित राधेश्याम उपाध्याय, नायब तहसीलदार और साथ मे रहे कप्तानगंज थाना प्रभारी संजय कुमार मिश्रा के उपस्थिति में सौपते हुए माँग किये है कि कृषक कीमत आश्वाशन एवं कृषि सेवा करार अध्यादेश 2020, कृषक उपज व्यापार और वाणिज्य अध्यादेश और आवश्यक बस्तु अधिनियम अध्यादेश 2020 इस तीनों काला और किसान दमनकारी अध्यादेशों को केंद्र सरकार जल्द से जल्द वापस लें। “किसान आयोग” का गठन किया जाए जिसमे सिर्फ किसानों की भागीदारी हो राजनेताओं की नहीं ताकि किसान आयोग फसलों का लाभकारी मूल्य तय कर सके। केंद्र सरकार स्वामीनाथन आयोग को पूर्णतह लागू करे तभी किसानों की आय को बढाया जा सकता है। पेराई सत्र 2020-21 में किसानों के गन्ने का भुगतान तौल केंद्र और गन्ना मिल पर ही किया जाय ताकि मिल मालिको द्वारा किसानों को शोषण से रोका जा सके जो किसान हित में होगा। कोरोना महामारी के वजह से बच्चों की पढ़ाई पिछले छ: महीने से वाधित पड़ी है। केंद्र सरकार देश के सभी स्कूलों को निर्देशित करे कि पिछले छ: महीने की फीस माफ किया जाय। जनपद कुशीनगर की लक्ष्मीगंज बन्द चीनी मिल को चलवाने या यहाँ पर नया चीनी मिल लगवाने के लिये यूनियन एव किसानों द्वारा मार्च 2017 से लगातार माँग किया जा रहा है जिसको लेकर और यूनियन व किसानों द्वारा नवम्बर 2018 से 109 दिन लगातार अनिश्चितकालीन धरना प्रदर्शन भी किया गया है। लक्ष्मीगंज बन्द चीनी मील को चलवाया जाय या यहाँ पर नया चीनी मिल लगवाया जाय जो किसान हित में होगा। इस मौके पर जिला सचिव चेतई प्रसाद, तहसील अध्यक्ष रामप्यारे शर्मा, ब्लाक अध्यक्ष रामअधार प्रसाद, ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष जवाहर प्रसाद, राधे प्रसाद, मनिराज प्रसाद, बबलू खान, रामरती प्रसाद, ढोडा प्रसाद, परमहंस प्रसाद के साथ साथ अन्य किसान मौजूद रहे |
