डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचार ब्यूरो कुशीनगर । पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर धवल जायसवाल द्वारा समस्त थाना प्रभारी को अपने- अपने मालखाने पर आबकारी अधिनियम के तहत बरामद की गयी अवैध शराबों को यथाशीघ्र निस्तारण कराने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया था जिसके क्रम में श्रीमान् अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर रितेश कुमार सिंह के पर्यवेक्षण व क्षेत्राधिकारी सदर कुन्दन कुमार सिंह के नेतृत्व में प्रभारी निरीक्षक जटहाँ बाजार द्वारा मा0 न्यायालय से वर्ष 2013 से 2021 तक कुल 300 मुकदमो में बरामद अवैध शराब को नष्ट कराने का आदेश प्राप्त किया गया। उक्त आदेश के अनुक्रम

में प्र0नि0 जटहाँ बाजार श्री रामचन्द्र राम द्वारा आज दिनांक 29.05.2022 को क्षेत्राधिकारी सदर कुन्दन कुमार सिंह सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी धर्मनाथ बिन्द , कार्यालय लिपिक आनन्द कुमार व न्यायालय पैरोकार हे0का0 यादवेन्द्र सिह व थाना जटहाँ बाजार के अन्य अधिकारी कर्मचारीगण की उपस्थिती में थाना परिसर मे JCB से गढ्डे खुदवाकर कुल 300 मुकदमो में बरामद समस्त अवैध शराब (अंग्रेजी, देशी, कच्ची) अनुमानित मुल्य करीब 7.5 लाख रुपये की करीब -2100 लीटर अवैध कच्ची शराब व 60 लीटर अंग्रेजी शराब व 1125 लीटर देशी शराब को नष्ट किया गया।
