डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचारपत्र खड्डा/कुशीनगर- जनपद कुशीनगर के तहसील खड्डा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत ग्राम सभा नौतार बांध का निरीक्षण उप जिलाधिकारी खड्डा उपमा पाण्डेय ने किया। पिछले वर्ष नौतार बांध को ग्रामीणों के द्वारा काट कर पानी निकासी कराया गया था। जिसका स्थलीय निरीक्षण उपजिलाधिकारी खड्डा के द्वारा किया गया तथा बांढ खण्ड के अधिकारियों को बाढ के पानी आने से पहले पुलिया निर्माण कराने का सख्त निर्देश दिया गया। पिछले साल आई 
बाढ के चलते ग्रामीणों ने यह बांध काट कर पानी निकासी किया गया था।वह बांध से आवागमन आज तक बाधित हो रहा है।बताते चलें कि पिछले साल आई बाढ़ के चलते ग्राम सभा नौतार के बांध पर बने साइफन से पानी निकासी नहीं हो पा रहा था।जिसके चलते ग्राम सभा नौतार जंगल, माघी भगवानपुर, लक्ष्मीपुर पडरहवा, रंजिता,शाहपुर नौकाटोला आदि गांव डूब गए थे।जिससे ग्रामीणों मे रोष व्याप्त है।ग्रामीणों ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि साइफन खराब है और पानी निकासी नहीं हो रहा था। जिससे बांध को काटा गया था।यह एक सम्पर्क मार्ग था। तब से लेकर आज तक बाढ खण्ड कुशीनगर ने बंधे पर पुलिया बनाने का बिणा नहीं उठाया जिससे उक्त गाँवों का सम्पर्क विकास खण्ड के मुख्यालय से कट गया है।सभी ग्रामीणों ने उपजिलाधिकारी खड्डा उपमा पाण्डेय को आवेदन देकर पुलिया निर्माण जल्द से जल्द कराने की मांग किया गया है। जिस पर उपजिलाधिकारी खड्डा उपमा पाण्डेय ने नौतार बांध का निरीक्षण ग्रामीणों के साथ में किया।निरीक्षण के दौरान बाढ खण्ड अधिकारियों को जल्द से जल्द नौतार बांध पर पुलिया का निर्माण हो जिससे आवागमन बहाल हो सके।इस मौके पर मौजूद ग्राम सभा नौतार के प्रधान प्रतिनिधि सीताराम यादव,माघी भगवानपुर के ग्राम प्रधान प्रतिनिधि रवी कुमार चौरसिया, बसडीला के ग्राम प्रधान ओम प्रकाश कुशवाहा सहित सैकड़ों ग्रामीण मौजूद रहे।
