डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचार ब्यूरो कुशीनगर । कुशीनगर-जनपद कुशीनगर पुलिस अधीक्षक धवल जायसवाल ने कहा है कि ड्यूटी के दौरान पुलिसकर्मी आम जनमानस के साथ नरमी और शालीनता रखते हुए अपनी दक्षता को प्रमाणित करते हुए ड्यूटी करें। पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर ने आगे कहां की पुलिसकर्मियों का कार्य चुनौतीपूर्ण अवश्य है लेकिन संयम व दूरदर्शिता उसे सहज बना सकते हैं। इस कार्य में विभिन्न पदों की जिम्मेदारियों के साथ लोगों को तरह तरह की अपेक्षाएं भी होती हैं। पुलिसकर्मी को ड्यूटी पर सदैव सतर्क व मुस्तैद रहना चाहिए तथा आम जनमानस की अपेक्षाओं पर खरा उतरना चाहिए। यदि कोई गरीब,पीड़ित,असहाय अपनी परेशानियों को लेकर थाने में आता है तो उसके साथ संयम व नरमी बरतें। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि सभी पुलिसकर्मी लोगों के साथ शिष्ट व्यवहार तथा मर्यादित हो कर रहे और पुलिसकर्मियों की कुछ ऐसी गलतियां पूरी महकमे की छवि को धुमिल करती है। उस पर ध्यान दें। पीड़ित भी पुलिस के पास आने से बचते हैं। जिले के पुलिस कर्मियों को अनुशासन पर विशेष ध्यान देना होगा। आगे पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर पवन जायसवाल ने कहा कि जन सामान्य तथा गणमान्य व्यक्ति के साथ मर्यादित व्यवहार करते हुए पुलिस की छवि सहयोगी रूप में देखने को मिले और जनता के बीच समन्वय बना रहे। जिससे अपराध पर पूरी तरह अंकुश लग सकता है। इसके लिए सकारात्मक रवैया सभी पुलिसकर्मी को अपनाने की जरूरत है। डीजीपी कार्यालय से मिले निर्देश के क्रम में पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर ने मातहतों को निर्देश जारी कर कहा है कि पुलिसकर्मी जनसामान्य तथा गणमान्य नागरिक के साथ मर्यादितब्यवहार करें। चौकी,थाने व जिला पुलिस कार्यालय पर पीड़ित व जनसामान्य का आना जाना होता है। मीडिया और इंटरनेट मीडिया के माध्यम से पुलिस कर्मियों द्वारा इनके साथ मर्यादित आचरण नहीं करने तथा इनके समस्या के लिए सार्थक प्रयास नहीं करने की बात सामने आती हैं।एसे पुलिस कर्मी समूचे विभाग के ऊपर प्रश्नचिन्ह खडा कर देते है।कभी कभी तो चौकी, थाने तथा जिला मुख्यालय में विचौलियों के माध्यम से इनकी मदद होने जैसी बातें भी आती रहती हैं।जिससे पुलिस के छवि पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ता है।इनके प्रति जागरूक व संवेदनशील होने व शुध्द आचरण-ब्यवहार बना कर इनके समस्या सुनना और समाधान कराना हमारा प्रथम कर्तव्य है।पुलिस बल एक अनुशासित विभाग हैं तथा हमारा विश्वास और शिष्टाचार ही हमें लोगों के प्रति जागरूक होना तथा स्वच्छ छवि और विश्वसनीयता से हमारी पूरी कार्यप्रणाली आधारित हैं।
