गया। अभ्युदय योजना के तहत सिविल सेवा, इंजीनियरिंग व अन्य स्ट्रीम में नि:शुल्क कोचिंग प्रदान की जाती है। फिर आगे बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए मा0 सांसद कुशीनगर ने बताया कि महीने में इस प्रकार की बैठक का होना काफी जरूरी है। शासन से यदि कोई दिक्कत आती हैं तो उन दिक्कतों को जनप्रतिनिधिगणों के संज्ञान में लावे, उन्हें दूर करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। इस क्रम में उन्होंने विद्युत विभाग को विद्युत क्षमता वृद्धि हेतु निर्देश दिया और कहा यह एक बहुत बड़ा प्रश्न है इस समस्या का तत्काल निस्तारण किया जाए। सांसद आदर्श ग्राम योजना पर बोलते हुए सांसद महोदय ने कहा रामकोला के कुसुम्हा ग्राम को इस हेतु चयनित किया गया है ।और इस प्रकार के गांव का चयन इसलिए किया जाता है कि विभिन्न विभाग अपनी योजनाओं को धरातल पर कैसे उतारते हैं इसकी आदत इन गांवों से डाल लेंगे तो सरकार की योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन में सुविधा होगी और अन्य ग्राम में भी इसी प्रकार से योजनाएं धरातल पर उतरेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि हर विभाग अपनी योजनाओं का सर्वे कर ले और अपनी रिपोर्ट दें। इस क्रम में जिलाधिकारी महोदय ने बैठक का उद्देश्य स्पष्ट करते हुए बताया यह बैठक प्रशासन और जनप्रतिनिधियों के बीच समन्वय हेतु आयोजित की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बैठक में शासन स्तर से जो भी कार्य लंबित है उन कार्यों को गति प्रदान करने हेतु कार्यवाही हेतु जनप्रतिनिधगणों से संवाद किया जाए । टीम भावना के साथ हम कार्य करें जिससे कि जनपद का अग्रेतर विकास हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक महीने के दूसरे बुधवार को यह बैठक आयोजित की जाती है और इस बैठक में जिन विषयों पर भी चर्चा की जाती है संबंधित विभाग उसे काफी गंभीरता से लें एवं अनुपालन आख्या जिला विकास अधिकारी को 15 दिनों के अंदर सौंप दे। उक्त बैठक में जनप्रतिनिधियों ने विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित सवाल पूछे। इस क्रम में सर्वप्रथम जल जीवन मिशन से संबंधित समस्याओं पर चर्चा हुई। इस क्रम में एक्सईएन जल निगम ने बताया कि कई जगह भूखंडों की उपलब्धता नहीं है। एक्सईएन जल जीवन मिशन को निर्देशित करते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि माहवार चार्ट बनाया जाए और समिति को सौंपा जाए । हर महीने कितने का लक्ष्य है कितना प्राप्त किया गया है इसकी रिपोर्ट मुझे और जनप्रतिनिधगण के संज्ञान में लाई जाए। डीएम महोदय एक्स ई एन जल निगम तथा पाइपलाइन बिछाने और टैंक स्थापित करने में लगी संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों से कहा कि हर दिन जिलाधिकारी के कक्ष में आकर अपनी रिपोर्ट दें। बैठक में जनप्रतिनिधियों ने कई सवाल उठाए जैसे वाटर पाइप की गुणवत्ता की जांच हो, नलों में आवश्यक रूप से टोंटी लगाई जाए। पुराने पाइप लाइन की रिट्रोफिटिंग आदि। विद्युत विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता और अधिशासी अभियंता से भी सवाल जवाब किए गए। मसलन अधिशासी अभियंता और जूनियर इंजीनियर द्वारा फोन नहीं उठाया जाना, विद्युत क्षमता वृद्धि, जला हुआ ट्रांसफार्मर, लो वोल्टेज की समस्या आदि। सांसद महोदय ने क्षमता वृद्धि के मामले में अधीक्षण अभियंता को तत्काल कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए । लोक निर्माण विभाग को निर्देशित किया गया कि बरसात के दृष्टिगत सड़कों के मरम्मतीकरण का कार्य बरसात पूर्व पूर्ण करें। डी सी मनरेगा को निर्देशित किया गया कि हर ब्लॉक में लंबित मनरेगा कार्यों को पूर्ण करके आगे बढ़ाएं। सफाई कर्मियों की कमी का मुद्दा माननीय विधायक खड्डा ने उठाया। जिलाधिकारी ने समस्याओं से संबंधित सभी विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि समस्याओं का त्वरित निस्तारण किया जाए। लक्ष्य प्राप्ति और आवंटित लक्ष्य के संदर्भ में उन्हें और जनप्रतिनिधगणों को नियमित रिपोर्ट जाए। जनप्रतिनिधियों को होने वाले कार्यों की सूची भी प्रदान की जाए, जिससे वे भी अपने स्तर से मोनिटरिंग कर सकें। इस अवसर पर माननीय विधायक रामकोला विनय गौड़, विधायक हाटा मोहन वर्मा, विधायक तमकुही राज असीम राय, विधायक पडरौना मनीष जायसवाल, विधायक खड्डा विवेकानंद पांडे, विधायक फाजिलनगर सुरेंद्र सिंह कुशवाहा, ब्लाक प्रमुख प्रतिनिधि तमकुही राज वशिष्ठ राय, ब्लॉक प्रमुख प्रतिनिधि हाटा सुधीर राव, सांसद देवरिया प्रतिनिधि राधेश्याम पांडे, कुशीनगर विधायक प्रतिनिधि विनोद गिरी, ज्ञानेंद्र लाल श्रीवास्तव, पुलिस कप्तान धवल जायसवाल, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अनुज मलिक, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी सुरेश पटारिया, अपर जिलाधिकारी देवीदयाल वर्मा व सभी जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारीगण मौजूद थे।
