फेहरिस्त लिए संचालित निचलौल नगर पंचायत के चमन गंज पुल पर संचालित हास्पिटल उज्जवल हास्पिटल जहां वर्षों से गरीब मरीजों के जीवन से खेल खेला जा रहा है और विना डाक्टर के ही कई मरीजों का आपरेशन कर दिया गया है। एडिसनल सी एम ओ महराजगंज राजेंद्र प्रसाद द्वारा उज्वल हास्पिटल के जांच के दौरान छः मरीजों का आपरेशन किया गया पाया गया है मौके पर कोई डाक्टर नहीं मिले और ना ही कोई सर्जन या फर्मासिस्ट भी नहीं मिला मरीजों को सरकारी अस्पताल में जाने का सलाह दिया गया जिसमें मरीजों ने जाने से इन्कार कर दिए जिसके कारण विधिक कार्यवाही करते हुए ओटी को शील कर दिया गया उक्त कार्यवाही में एडिशनल सी एम ओ राजेन्द्र प्रसाद के साथ एस डी एम निचलौल, सी एच सी निचलौल प्रभारी के साथ निचलौल थाना प्रभारी रामाज्ञा सिंह मौजूद रहे।
