डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचार ब्यूरो कुशीनगर । पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर धवल जायसवाल के निर्देशन व अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक रितेश कुमार सिंह के कुशल पर्यवेक्षण में जनपद में अपराध एवं अपराधियों के विरुद्ध चलाये जा रहे अभियान के क्रम में आज दिनांक 19.06.2022 को थाना अहिरौली बाजार पुलिस को सूचना मिली की कुछ लोग ग्राम सुबोधिया बुजुर्ग के फैलहा कुटी में गोवंशीय जानवर लाकर बांधे है जिसको काटकर मांस को बेचने के फिराक में है इस सूचना पर थाना अहिरौली बाजार पुलिस टीम द्वारा तत्काल सक्रियता दिखाते हुए ग्राम सुबोधिया बुजुर्ग में दबिश दिया गया जहाँ पुलिस व बदमाशो के बीच मुठभेड़ हुयी ।
मुठभेड़ में एक अभियुक्त के पैर में गोली लगी तथा एक अन्य अभियुक्त अन्धेरे का फायदा उठाकर भागने में सफल रहा जिसकी तलाश की जा रही है। घायल अभियुक्त नें अपना नाम कबूतर उर्फ रूस्तम अली पुत्र नूर मुहम्मद साकिन अहिरौली दुबौली उर्फ शुक्ल नरहवा थाना गोपालपुर जनपद गोपालगंज ( बिहार) बताया जिसको ईलाज हेतु सीएचसी सुकरौली ले जाया गया। मौके से एक अदद अवैध तमन्चा, एक खोखा कारतूस व एक जिन्दा कारतूस, 700 रूपये नगद, एक बछडा व जानवर काटने के हथियार बरामद हुए गिरफ्तारी व बरामदगी के आधार पर थाना स्थानीय पर मु0अ0सं0 152/2022 धारा 307 भा0द0वि0 व 3/5/8 गोवध निवारण अधि0 व मु0अ0सं0 153/2022 धारा 3/25 आर्म्स एक्ट पंजीकृत कर आवश्यक विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही ।
