डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचारपत्र खड्डा/कुशीनगर-जनपद कुशीनगर के नगर पंचायत खड्डा में नगर प्रशासन के द्वारा टैक्सी स्टैंड के लिए जमीन चिन्हित किया गया खड्डा-पडरौना मुख्य मार्ग से सटे बन्द पडी पेट्रोल पम्प के पास खाली बंजर भूमि को नगर पंचायत अधिशासी अधिकारी देवेश कुमार मिश्रा के देख रेख में राजस्व विभाग के लेखपाल विभव शर्मा, हरेन्द्र गुप्ता, संजय गुप्ता के द्वारा नक्शा नजरीये से जंजीर गिराकर टैक्सी स्टैंड के लिए जगह चिन्हित करते हुए सीमांकन कर दिया गया इसे देख कर सडक़ अतिक्रमणकारीयों के हाथपांव फुल गए अभी कुछ दिन पूर्व उपजिलाधिकारी खड्डा के द्वारा सड़क किनारे सरकारी जमीन पर बूलडोजर चला कर कार्रवाई कि गई थी बूलडोजर देख सडक़ किनारे पर अतिक्रमण करने वाले लोग दो दिन के सयय देने के बावजूद भी सरकारी जमीनों पर किए अतिक्रमण को अब तक खाली नहीं किया गया अब लोगों के अन्दर एक प्रश्न खडा हो रहा है कि सीमांकन होने के बाद भी नगर प्रशासन क्यों ऊहापोह की स्थिति में है और वही कुछ अति क्रमणकारी सरकारी जमीन को खाली कर दिए लेकिन पुनः अपना आशियाना बनाने के चक्कर में भी लगें हुए है।
