ऐसे ही एक मामला ग्राम पंचायत खमौरा में स्थित पोखरी का पट्टा धारक मोती लाल विन को तहसील प्रशासन बार बार परेशान करने के दृष्टिकोण से उलूल जुलूल जांच और आदेश जारी कर रहे हैं ऐसा ही आदेश उप जिलाधिकारी निचलौल के द्वारा मोती लाल विन के आवेदन 03-06-2022 पर दिग्भ्रमित करने वाला आदेश पारित किया गया है आवेदक मोती लाल ने अपने आवेदन में पट्टा सुदा पोखरी के टुटे तटबंधों के बरसात पुर्व अपने खर्चे पर मरम्मत कराने का आदेश देते हुए पुलिस बल की मांग किया था जिस पर उप जिलाधिकारी निचलौल द्वारा तहसीलदार निचलौल से आंख्या मांगा तहसीलदार निचलौल ने राजस्व निरीक्षक और हल्का लेखपाल से उक्त के संदर्भ में रिपोर्ट तलब कर पोखरी के तटबंध निर्माण कार्य को सम्पन्न कराने की संस्तुति करते हुए दिनांक 10-06-2022 को आख्या उप जिलाधिकारी को भेजा उप जिलाधिकारी निचलौल ने तहसीलदार की आख्या प्राप्त होने के बाद तटबंध निर्माण कराने का आदेश देने के बजाय पुनः दिनांक 21-06-2022 को तहसीलदार निचलौल और थानाध्यक्ष निचलौल को परिक्षण कर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया है।
अब मजेदार बात यह है कि क्या तहसीलदार निचलौल दिनांक 10-06-2022 का रिपोर्टर बिना परीक्षण किए उप जिलाधिकारी को भेजा है या दिनांक 21-06-2022 के अनुपालन में कैसा परिक्षण किया जाना है ताकि पोखरे का तटबंध पट्टा धारक को समय से मील सकें। बताते चलें कि उक्त पोखरी का सीमांकन कराने के लिए वर्तमान ग्राम प्रधान आरती देवी और कुछ ग्रामीणों शुभेंदु प्रताप सिंह,व अशोक सिंह प्रधान पति संजय सिंह के आवेदन पर दिनांक 12-06-2022 को राजस्व टीम द्वारा सीमांकन कर रिपोर्ट उप जिलाधिकारी निचलौल को प्रेषित किया गया है । अब एसे में पुनः उप जिलाधिकारी कौन सा परिक्षण कराना चाहते हैं पट्टाधारक को इंतजार है नये परिक्षण का और उप जिलाधिकारी के एक अदद स्पष्ट आदेश का। पट्टा धारक ने कहा कि वैसे ही गर्मी के वजह से लगभग पांच से छः कुन्टल मछली मर गयी थी अव बरसात होने से तालाब की बची मछली भी बह जाएगी और प्रशासनिक अमला आदेशों और जांच के चक्कर में उलझा कर तटबंध निर्माण कराने का आदेश नहीं दिया जिससे तालाब का किस्त देने में अस्मर्थ हो जाउंगा।
