डाक टाईम्स न्यूज समाचार पत्र ब्यूरो कुशीनगर। जिलाधिकारी एस0 राजलिंगम की अध्यक्षता में आज पीस कमेटी की बैठक कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में संपन्न हुई। जिलाधिकारी ने इस अवसर पर जनपद के विभिन्न स्थानों से आये धर्मगुरुओं, विभागीय अधिकारियों को बकरीद त्योहार के मद्देनजर सभी को अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का एहसास दिलाते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने सभी थानों पर पीस कमेटी की बैठक के सम्बंध में भी जानकारी लेते हुए निर्देशित किया कि यदि कहीं पर 
बैठक न हुई हो तो एक दो दिन के अंदर बैठक पूर्ण कर लिए जाने सहित विभागीय अधिकारियों को इस त्योहार के अवसर पर कर्मचारियों की डियूटी लगाने का कार्य शीघ्र पूर्ण कर लिए जाने का निर्देश दिये। जिलाधिकारी ने त्योहार के अवसर पर सभी जनपदवासियों से विशेष सतर्कता बरतने, कानून का पालन करने व युवा पीढ़ी पर विशेष ध्यान रखने का आहवान सभी धर्मगुरुओं से की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि माहौल बिगाड़ने वालों पर पुलिस की पैनी नजर रहेगी तथा ऐसेअसामाजिक तत्वों पर कड़ी से कड़ी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
पुलिस अधीक्षक धवल कुमार ने इस अवसर पर सभी को उनकी जिम्मेदारियों का बोध कराया गया तथा आपसी भाईचारे की तहजीब को बरकरार रखने, शांति का माहौल बनाये रखने, कानून का पालन करने आदि पर चर्चा की गई । उन्होंने श्रावण मास में शुरू होने वाले कांवड़ यात्रा के सम्बंध में भी सभी से विशेष सतर्कता व पैनी नजर रखने का निर्देश पुलिस अधिकारियों को दिए। उन्होंने सभी धर्मगुरुओं से अपने अपने क्षेत्र के युवाओं को इस बैठक का संदेश देने सहित सोशल मीडिया पर आने वाले भ्रामक संदेशों को बिना जांचे परखे फॉरवर्ड करने से परहेज बरतने का आह्वान किया गया। उन्होंने भरोसा जताया कि आने वाले त्योहार कुशलता व शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से सम्पन्न करा लिया जाएगा , इस के लिए पुलिस विभाग ने अपनी तैयारी पूरी कर ली है।
अपर जिलाधिकारी देवीदयाल वर्मा ने अधिशासी अभियंता विद्दुत को त्योहार के मद्देनजर अनवरत विद्दुत सप्लाई करने, जिला पंचायतराज अधिकारी को साफ साफाई का कार्य पूर्ण कराने व समस्त अधिशासी अधिकारी न0पा0/नगर पंचायत को कुर्वानी से सम्बंधित सभी आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये गए, उन्होंने कुर्बानी में होने वाले वेस्टेज के सम्बंध में विशेष सतर्कता व पूर्ण व्यबस्था किये जाने का भी निर्देश दिए।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी, अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक, व विभिन्न धर्मगुरुओं द्वारा सभा का सम्बोधन किया गया।
इस मौके पर अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक रितेश कुमार सिंह, समस्त उप जिलाधिकारी, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी, समस्त ईओ न0पा0 /नगर पंचायत के साथ अन्य सम्बन्धित अधिकारी गन व विभिन्न धर्मों के धर्मगुरु आदि उपस्थित रहे।
