कृषि सूचना तंत्र के सुदृढ़ीकरण एवं कृषक जागरूकता कार्यक्रम तथा जनपदीय खरीफ गोष्ठी का आयोजन कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में प्रभारी मुख्य विकास अधिकारी उपमा पांडे की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुआ। उक्त बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों द्वारा कृषको से संबंधित सरकारी योजनाओं के संदर्भ में कृषकों को अवगत कराया गया। इस क्रम में पशु चिकित्सा अधिकारी विकास साठे ने किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड को पशुपालन घटक से जोड़ने का सुझाव दिया तथा उन्होंने पशु चिकित्सा विभाग से चलाई जा रही योजनाओं के बारे में कृषकों को अवगत कराया। इसमें निराश्रित गोवंश योजना, गला घोटू टीकाकरण, खुर पका रोग कार्यक्रम, बकरी पालन, भेड़ पालन इत्यादि योजनाएं शामिल थी। उद्यान विभाग से रामायण सिंह ने बागवानी, केले के टिशु कल्चर, फल और सब्जी कृषि, पौधरोपण इत्यादि की जानकारी दी। 
इस क्रम में किसानों द्वारा कुछ समस्याएं उठाई गई जैसे किसानों को सब्जियों के जो बीज दिए जाते हैं उसे बिना प्रमाणित किए न दिया जाए। केले का टिशू कल्चर लैब किसानों द्वारा लगाया जा रहा है जिसमें विद्युत विभाग द्वारा सहयोग की जरूरत है। नाबार्ड से आए संचित सिंह द्वारा बताया गया कि नाबार्ड बैंकों का वित्त पोषण करती है। इसका ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था से जुड़ाव है। उन्होंने नाबार्ड द्वारा चलाई जा रही योजनाओं के बारे में भी कृषकों को अवगत कराया। जैसे शिक्षित कृषि बेरोजगार को नाबार्ड द्वारा कृषि आधारित व्यवसाय में 02 महीने का प्रशिक्षण में भारत सरकार द्वारा 36% अनुदान, गोदाम हेतु अनुदान, एग्री इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के लिए बैंक से ऋण, एनिमल हसबेंडरी, एफपीओ योजना आदि। गन्ना अधिकारी ने गन्ना सर्वे के बारे में बताया व उन्होंने कहा कि चीनी मिल चलने से पहले गन्ना कृषक कि जो समस्याएं हैं उसे दूर करवा लिया जाए। चीनी मिल के बारे में उन्होंने बताया कि 15 नवंबर के आसपास चीनी मिल शुरू हो सकने की संभावना है। इस क्रम में इफको के क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक राजकुमार द्वारा नैनो यूरिया के बारे में बताया गया। मिट्टी की गुणवत्ता हेतु खाद के प्रयोग के बारे में बताया गया। फसल उत्पादन में नाइट्रोजन के रूप में यूरिया के प्रयोग को कम किए जाने के बारे में बताया गया। और यूरिया के किफायती इस्तेमाल के बारे में कृषको से अपील की गई। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि कोई भी एफपीओ इफको से कैसे जुड़ सकते हैं। इस क्रम में कृषकों द्वारा नैनो यूरिया पर सब्सिडी दिए जाने की मांग भी उठायी गयी। ए आर कॉपरेटिव शिवजी यादव द्वारा चीनी मिल से निकले अवशेष प्रेसमंड को पोटाश की पूर्ति हेतु इस्तेमाल किये जाने हेतु बताया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि चीनी मिलों से निकले प्रेसमंड खेतों में जाएं जनपद से बाहर नहीं यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए। इस अवसर पर उपनिदेशक कृषि द्वारा बताया गया कि जनपद में बीज, उर्वरक की पर्याप्त मात्रा उपलब्ध है। कृषि विभाग की योजनाएं यथा राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना, आपदा योजना के तहत सामान्य धान और बीज वितरण का लक्ष्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। उन्होंने पीएम कृषि कुसुम योजना, फसली ऋण, केसीसी, उन्नत उत्पादन तकनीक, प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने बताया कि खरीफ फसलों हेतु प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना की अंतिम तिथि 31 जुलाई है। बैठक में प्रभारी मुख्य विकास अधिकारी उपमा पांडे ने निर्देशित किया कि कृषकों से जुड़ी कई योजनाएं हैं और कृषकों के कौतूहल से ऐसा लगता है कि उन्हें अधिकारियों के साथ संवाद की जरूरत है। उन्होंने बताया कि कृषकों को जिस क्षण परेशानी हो संबंधित अधिकारी से संपर्क करें तो समस्या का निस्तारण हो सकता है। अधिकारी गणों को उन्होंने कृषकों के फोन को रिसीव करने हेतु निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की मंशा है कि कृषकों की परेशानियां दूर हों। उन्होंने यह आश्वासन दिया कि कृषकों से संबंधित समस्याओं का निस्तारण अवश्य किया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर परियोजना निदेशक राजनाथ भगत, जिला कृषि अधिकारी बी आर मौर्य, अग्रणी बैंक प्रबंधक आर एस त्यागी, मत्स्य निरीक्षक अनंत यादव, गन्ना अधिकारी तथा कृषक प्रतिनिधि व कृषक बंधु मौजूद रहे।
