वित्तीय वर्ष 2022 में पूर्व दर्शम छात्रवृत्ति योजना अंतर्गत कक्षा 09, 10, 11, 12 के छात्रवृत्ति पूर्ति/ शुल्क पूर्ति आवेदन वितरण के संबंध में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी विपिन पांडेय व जिला पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण अधिकारी सुनहरीलाल ने की। उक्त बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए जिला पिछड़ा वर्ग अधिकारी सुनहरी लाल ने बताया कि समस्त शिक्षण संस्थानों में अध्ययनरत छात्र छात्राओं हेतु बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति अनिवार्य की जानी है। मास्टर डाटा में प्रत्येक शिक्षण संस्थान को वर्ष 2022 के लिए निर्धारित समयावधि में समस्त सूचनाओं को अपडेट करते हुए नोडल अधिकारी के डिजिटल सिग्नेचर लॉक कराने सहित समस्त कार्यवाही पूरी की जाए। सभी शिक्षण संस्थान अपने अध्यनरत छात्र का अनिवार्य रूप से आधार कार्ड बनवाना एवं नामांकन संख्या उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। वित्तीय वर्ष 2022 में जारी नियमावली के अनुसार शासकीय एवं अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त सभी संस्थान निर्धारित सीमा व नियमों में आने वाले पात्र अनुसूचित जाति /जनजाति के छात्रों का प्रवेश निशुल्क लेंगे। सभी विश्वविद्यालय/एफलिएटिंग एजेंसी अपने संबंध संस्थानों को अवगत करा दें कि प्रत्येक संस्थान के लिए यू डाइस कोड भरा जाना अनिवार्य है।
75% या उससे अधिक उपस्थिति रखने वाले छात्र ही छात्रवृत्ति के लिए पात्र हैं। प्रत्येक संस्था में छात्रवृत्ति हेल्पडेस्क व फैसिलिटेशन सेंटर खोले जाने के भी निर्देश दिए गए। बैठक में इस बात की भी चर्चा हुई कि विश्वविद्यालय /एफिलिएटिंग एजेंसी द्वारा समय से परीक्षा फल की घोषणा एवं छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने किया जाए तथा प्रत्येक विश्वविद्यालय अपने यहां संचालित कोर्स का शुल्क निर्धारण करा लें जिससे छात्रवृत्ति एवं शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति का भुगतान किया जाना संभव हो सके।

इस अवसर पर जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक व जनपद के विभिन्न विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापक व शिक्षकगण आदि मौजूद रहे।
