कुशीनगर-जनपद कुशीनगर के सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र तमकुही में पति-पत्नी इलाज कराने आए तो पत्नी ने वापस घर जाने से इन्कार करने पर पति के द्वारा दवाव देने के बाद उसने अस्पताल में मौजूद पुलिस को देख कर शोर मचाने लगी एक व्यक्ति के द्वारा महिला को खिचा जाता देख कर पुलिस वाले समझे कि यह कोई अपराधिक मामला है बाद में पति के द्वारा सफाई देने पर कि यह पति-पत्नी का आपसी मामला है पुलिस किनारे हो गई जबकि दोनों के बीच अस्पताल में काफी समय तक बात-विवाद होता रहा बुधवार 27 जुलाई 2022 को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र तमकुही में 
क्षेत्र के एक ग्राम सभा की रहने वाली महिला अपने पति के साथ इलाज कराने आई थी इलाज हो जाने के बाद उक्त महिला ने वापस पति के साथ घर नहीं जाकर मायके जाने की जिद्द करने लगी जबकि उसका पति दबाव पूर्वक घर ले जाने का प्रयास करने लगा इसी दौरान किसी आरोपी की चिकित्सीय मुआयना कराने आई पुलिस को देख कर महिला ने शोर मचाने लगी महिला का कहना था कि उक्त व्यक्ति उसे जबरन ले जा रहा है महिला के शोर मचाने पर पुलिस को लगा कि वास्तव मे उसके साथ जबरदस्ती हो रहा है और दूसरी तरफ पुलिस वालों को देख कर महिला का पति सकते में आ गया तब पुलिस के लोगों से बताया कि वह उक्त महिला का पति हैं उसे इलाज कराने लाया था जबकि महिला घर नहीं जा रही हैं और घर छोटे छोटे बच्चे उनका इन्तज़ार कर रहे हैं मामला पति-पत्नी के बीच का होने के कारण पुलिस किनारा कस लीं काफी समय तक मान-मनौव्वल करने के बाद दोनों अस्पताल से चलते बने।
