जनपद कुशीनगर में एक महिला अधिवक्ता महिला अधिवक्ता ने लेखपाल व एसआई पर बदसलूकी करने का आरोप लगाया है पीड़ित महिला अधिवक्ता ने पूरे घटना क्रम को लेकर एसडीएम कसया को शिकायती पत्र देकर कार्यवाही की मांग की है। जानकारी के लिए आपको बताते चले कि थाना कसया अंतर्गत डुमरी , सूखा टोला निवासिनी अधिवक्ता सुमन सिंह ने एसडीएम कसया को शिकायती पत्र देकर हल्का लेखपाल व एसआई पर बदसलूकी और अभद्र व्यवहार करने का आरोप लगाया है । महिला अधिवक्ता द्वारा दिए पत्र में कहा गया है कि उसका संतोष व राम मिलन से जमीनी विवाद चल रहा है । हमारा मकान बन रहा है । लेखपाल राजन मिश्रा द्वारा जमींन को नवीन परती बता कर मुझे अपने चैम्बर में बुलाया गया और कहा गया कि मकान का छत लगवाना है तो 50 हजार रुपये दो । मैंने पैसे नहीं होने व न देने की बात कही गई। यह सुनकर उन्होंने छत न लगवाने की बात कही और सटरिंग हटा लेने को कहा गया ।
उसी दिन रात्रि को लगभग 10 बजे लेखपाल राजन मिश्रा , दरोगा रवि भूषण राय व दो पुलिस कर्मी बिना महिला पुलिस के मेरे घर में घुस आए और मेरे व मेरे माता के साथ अभद्र व्यवहार व बदसलूकी करने लगे । धमकी देते हुए लेखपाल ने कहा कि तुमसे पैसा मांगा गया तुमने नहीं दिया इसलिए तुम्हारे खिलाफ मुकदमा हुआ है । बाकी सबने दिया है इसलिए उनके खिलाफ कुछ नहीं हुआ है । सुमन ने बताया
कि निवेदन के बाद भी वे लोग करीब 20 मिनट तक धमकी देते रहे । दरोगा रवि भूषण राय ने धमकाया कि मकान से सटरिंग उतार लो नहीं तो तुम लोगों के साथ बहुत बुरा होगा । पीड़ित अधिवक्ता ने अपने प्रार्थनापत्र में आगे कहा है कि 6 अगस्त 2022 को सुबह न्यायालय जाते समय रास्ते में मेरे विपक्षी संतोष व राम मिलन ने विडियो डिलीट करने की चेतावनी देते हुए कोट का कालर पकड़ लिया और बदसलूकी करने लगे । मेरे शोर मचाने पर जब राहगीर आए तो वे लोग भागे । पीड़िता ने दोषियों के खिलाफ उचित कानूनी कार्यवाही की मांग करते हुए पूरे परिवार को बचाने की मांग की है।
