खड्डा/कुशीनगर- जनपद कुशीनगर के तहसील खड्डा के विकास खण्ड नेबुआ नौरंगिया के ग्राम सभा सिरसिया बेनी टोला में भारती सिंह के दरवाजे पर दिनांक 17 अगस्त 2022 दिन बुधवार को राष्ट्रीय सैथवार-मल्ल स्वाभिमान मोर्चा के द्वारा संगठन के विस्तार हेतु अनिरुद्ध सिंह (खड्डा तहसील प्रभारी) के नेतृत्व में रखी गयी थी। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता संतोष सिंह ( ब्लॉक प्रभारी नेबुआ नौरंगिया) के द्वारा की गई बैठक में सर्वप्रथम ईश्वर वंदना की गई तत्पश्चात अगली कार्यवाही शुरू की गई इस बैठक में प्रमुख वक्ता के रूप में अनिरुद्ध सिंह (तहसील प्रभारी खड्डा),रविंद्र सिंह (ब्लॉक प्रभारी खड्डा),नवल किशोर सिंह (नेबुआ नौरंगिया), वृजेश सिंह (ब्लॉक प्रभारी नेबुआ नौरंगिया) एवं बंका सिंह (बदल छपरा) ने सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई अनिरुद्ध सिंह ने मोर्चा के विभिन्न सामाजिक कार्य रक्तदान, विवाह, स्वरोजगार, जॉब के बारे में विस्तार पूर्वक लोगों को बताया तथा समझाया। 
साथ ही साथ नाम के साथ मे सैंथवार उपनाम लिखने पर बल दिया। रविंद्र सिंह जीने संगठन की महत्ता को बहुत ही अच्छी तरह से लोगों के सामने प्रस्तुत किया तथा संगठित रहने के महत्व को समझाया नवल किशोर सिंह ने सजातीय बंधुओं को सम्बंधित करते हुए कहा कि आज के परिवेश में विखरे हुए समाज को मोतियों की तरह एक धागे में पिरोकर एकता स्थापित करने की आवश्यकता है इसी कड़ी मेंवृजेश सिंहने कहा कि हमें अपने सैंथवार मल्ल समाज में घृणा एवं द्वेष को मिटाकर आपसी सहयोग तथा तालमेल बढ़ाने पर जोर देना चाहिए बंका सिंह ने कहा कि सभी सैंथवार मल्ल समाज को आपसी मनमुटाव त्याग कर एक उचित प्लेटफार्म पर राष्ट्रीय मोर्चा के बैनर तले
