रही बात ये कहने की, कि ये काम कब लोगो को करोड़ों तक पहुंचा देता है तो हमे ये भी जानकारी रखने की जरूरत है कि ये धंधा एक स्वैच्छिक रोजगार भी प्रदान करता है जो ऐसे लोग भी करते है शिक्षा के मामले में बहुत उच्च खिताब हासिल कर चुके है और वे लोग भी करते है जो बिल्कुल भी शिक्षित नहीं है वे लोग भी करते है जिन्हें रोजगार देने के लिए हमारे सरकारों के पास कोई विचार नहीं है जो सरकारी नौकरियों से धक्के खाकर आए है ।
मै सबको तो नहीं लेकिन कुछ लोगो को जानता हूं जो बहुत ही ईमानदारी से इस काम को शुरू किया जो बिल्कुल निम्न स्तर( साइकिल से शुरू कर) आज ऐसे जगह बनाने में सफल हुए है जिन्होंने बहुत से लोगो को रोजगार देने के साथ साथ एक नवाचार स्थापित किया है और हमारे पर्यावरण को बचाने में सराहनीय भूमिका निभाए हैं।
ऐसा नहीं है कि ये काम सोचने मात्र से चल पड़ता है इसमें भी उतना ही संघर्ष और हिम्मत की जरूरत है जो अन्य में है क्योंकि जो लोग इस काम को बिल्कुल निम्न स्तर से शुरू करते है उनके लिए हमारे समाज में कई चुनौतिया है ।लोगो के उनके प्रति विचार संदेहपूर्ण हों जाते हैं उन्हें चोर, कपटी , मैले कपड़ो से भेदभाव जैसे नजरों देखते हैं और तो और जिन बेकार वस्तुओं को वे फेंक देते हैं उन्हें उस बेचने में घाटे का सौदा करने जैसा लगता है भले ही उसे कचरे में फेक दे । लोग प्लास्टिक जैसी धरती को नाश करने वाली वस्तु को यूं ही फेक देते है लेकिन यदि कोई कबाड़ी उनके मोहल्ले में जाकर खरीदे तो उन्हे घाटा लग जाता है।
