  • थाना पनियरा क्षेत्रांतर्गत रुदलापुर ग्राम में हुई सनसनीखेज हत्या का हुआ खुलासा

थाना पनियरा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत ग्राम रुदलापुर में एक ही परिवार के दो सदस्य मां और बेटी पर धारदार हथियार से हमला किया गया था जिसमें मौके पर ही पुत्री काजल की मौत हो गई तथा माता रिंकी मद्धेशिया गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गयी थी जिनका इलाज गोरखपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज में चल रहा है उपरोक्त घटना की सूचना जनपद के आपातकालीन नंबर डायल 112 द्वारा दी गई थी डायल 112 के माध्यम से थाना पनियरा को दी गई जिस पर जनपद के समस्त उच्चाधिकारी एवं थाना पनियरा पुलिस द्वारा तुरंत घटना पर पहुंचकर घटनास्थल का मौका मुआयना किया गया तथा पुलिस अधीक्षक महराजगंज द्वारा घटना का सफल अनावरण करने हेतु

पुलिस की पांच टीमें लगाई गई । थानाध्यक्ष पनियरा सत्यप्रकाश सिंह के नेतृत्व में हमराह चौकी प्रभारी मुजरी अरूण कुमार सिंह तथा एसओजी प्रभारी स्वतंत्र कुमार सिंह मय टीम के साथ चौरी तिराहें पर मौजूद थे, कि मुखबिर खास द्वारा सूचना प्राप्त हुई की ग्राम रुद्रलापुर में जो घटना घटी है उसे संबंधित अभियुक्त संजय मद्धेशिया तथा मंजीत कुमार महतो घटना में प्रयुक्त मोटरसाइकिल पल्सर के साथ करमहिया से चौरी होते हुए गीड़ा को जाने वाले हैं। मुखबिर की बात पर विश्वास कर मुखबिर को साथ लेकर बताए हुए स्थान पर पहुंचकर दोनों व्यक्तियों को चौरी तिराहे पर ही धेर-धार कर सुबह समय करीब 07.40 बजे पकड़ लिया गया।

अभियुक्त गणों की शिनाख्त कर जामा तलाशी ली गई। जामा तलाशी के दौरान घटना मे प्रयुक्त 3 अदद मोबाइल फोन, 01अदद मोटरसाइकिल पल्सर एवं अभियुक्तगण की निशानदेही पर आलाकत्ल बरामद किया गया। अभियुक्तगणों से कड़ाई से पूछताछ करने पर अभियुक्त संजय कुमार मद्धेशिया द्वारा बताया गया कि रिंकी मद्धेशिया मेरी पूर्व पत्नी है। अभियुक्त संजय मद्धेशिया पुत्र केशव मद्धेशिया सा0 रूद्रापुर थाना पनियरा जनपद महराजगंज उम्र 42 वर्ष पूछने पर बता रहा है कि साहब मेरी पत्नी रिंकी मद्धेशिया तथा लड़की काजल मद्धेशिया मुझसे स्वछंद होकर मेरे घर ग्राम रूदलापुर थाना पनियरा मे मेरे पिता के मकान मे आकर कब्जा कर के रहने लगी तथा मेरे पिता के साथ मारपीट व दुर्व्यवहार करने लगी जिससे मै उस मकान मे नहीं रह पाता था। मै विदेश में नौकरी करने लगा। उसी दौरान उसने कोर्ट से भी उसने हर्जा खर्चा का दावा किया था। मै उसे कई बार समझाया था कि तुम मेरा धन व धर्म नष्ट न करो नही तो तुम्हे इसका खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ेगा। किन्तु वह नही मानी गांव के लोग भी मुझे मेरे परिवार का भला बुरा मुझे बताते थे। इन चीजो से तंग आकर मैने अपने साथी मंजीत महतो के साथ इसको रास्ते से हटा देने की योजना बनायी।योजना के फल स्वरूप हम दोनो शाम करीब 07 बजे गीडा गोरखपुर से चले तथा रात्रि में गांव के इर्द–गिर्द घूमने लगे। योजना अनुसार समय 10.30 बजे के करीब जब गांव में सन्नाटा छा गया। तब मेरे कहने पर मंजीत महतो ने रिंकी के मोबाइल पर फोन मिलाया। शाम से पहले भी उससे कई बार बात हुई थी। बुलाने पर गांव के बाहर दोनो के आने पर हमने तथा हमारे साथी मंजीत ने पूर्व से रखे चाकूओं को अपने- अपने जेब से निकाल कर दोनो को जान से मारने की नियत से चाकू गोदे तथा गला रेत दिये। घटना के फलस्वरूप काजल की मृत्यु हो गयी तथा दुर्भाग्य वश मेरी पत्नी रिंकी बच गयी। काजल मेरी लड़की थी, किन्तु उसका भी व्यवहार मुझे पसन्द नही था। इन दोनो के दिनचर्या/व्यवहार से तंग आकर मैने अपने दोस्त मंजीत महतो के साथ मिलकर इस घटना को अंजाम दिया।
