ध्वजारोहण के उपरांत ध्वज उतारने की प्रक्रिया में भी ढील दी गई जो दिनांक 18-08-2022 को साम पांच बजे तक थी लेकिन दी गई ढील राष्ट ध्वज के अपमान का भी कारक बना हुआ है
राष्ट ध्वज के अपमान का मामला उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद महराजगंज में स्थित प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सिसवा के बच्चा लेबर रूम पर लगें झंडा का है। जहां सरकारी संस्था पर लगा राष्ट्रीय झंडा गिरा हुआ है। 
प्राथमिक स्वास्थ केन्द्र सिसवा बच्चा लेबर रूम पर आज दिनांक 27/8/2022 को राष्ट्रीय झंडा गिरा हुआ छत पर पड़ा हुआ है जबकी यह आदेश था दिनांक 18/8/2022 तक सम्मान पूर्वक झंडा उतारकर सही स्थान पर सम्मान से रखना था लेकिन यह आदेश का मजाक स्वास्थ विभाग मे प्राथमिक स्वास्थ केन्द्र सिसवा में उड़ाया ही नही राष्ट्रीय झंडा के साथ खिलवाड़ कर देश भक्ति पर ही सवालिया निशान खड़ा कर दिया है ।
