सिद्धार्थनगर के नौगढ़ ब्लॉक के रामगढ़ टोला सेखुईया चौराहे पर एक कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर चला रहे मोहम्मद नईम को 1 नवम्बर को नौगढ़ ब्लॉक के बेलवा केसारी में आयुष्मान गोल्डेन कार्ड बनाना था जो मोहम्मद नईम के यहाँ से लगभग 30 किलोमीटर दूर था लेकिन जब मोहम्मद नईम वहाँ पहुंचे तो पता चला कि लिस्ट में जितने भी लोगों के नाम है वो लोग उस ग्राम के है ही नही। मौके पर उस लिस्ट मे से 3 लोगों का नाम मिला लेकिन उन लोगों का कहना है कि मुझे इसकी जरूरत नहीं है और मैं इसको नही बनाऊंगा। तो वही बेलवा केसारी ग्राम सभा की एनम का कहना है कि इस लिस्ट में 51 लोगों का नाम है मात्र 3 लोगों का नाम इस गांव से मिला है बाकी लोग इस ग्राम सभा के निवासी नहीं है।
वी एल ई अपने सेंटर से कई किलोमीटर दूर इसलिए गया था की वहाँ जाकर 20 से 50 लोगों का ही गोल्डेन कार्ड बनायेगा तो कुछ आर्थिक लाभ होगा लेकिन ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ मोहम्मद नईम का समय और पैसा दोनों नुकशान गया
