डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचारपत्र खड्डा/कुशीनगर- जनपद कुशीनगर के विकास खण्ड खड्डा अंतर्गत ग्राम सभा कोप जंगल के टोला बरगदहियां में सामुदायिक शौचालय निर्मित तो हुआ लेकिन उपयोग ना होने पर अपनी बदहाली पर आंसू बहा रहा । सामुदायिक शौचालय चारों तरफ से झाड़ियां से कैद हो गया है। जिससे ग्रामीण खुले में शौच करने को मजबूर है। ग्राम सभा के ग्राम प्रधान मौन रूप धारण किए हुए जैसे लगता है कि उन्हें इस शौचालय से कोई मतलब ही नहीं है। भले ही सरकार के लाखों रुपये व सरकार की मंशा स्वच्छ भारत मिशन अभियान फेल ही क्यों न हो जाए। ग्राम प्रधान ना तो कभी शौचालय की स्थिति देखने जाते हैं और ना ही वहां की व्यवस्थाओं को देखते हैं जैसा कि ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि जब से उक्त शौचालय का निर्माण हुआ वहां पर ना ही बिजली और ना ही पानी का व्यवस्था है। जिसके कारण सामुदायिक शौचालय का निर्माण तो हुआ लेकिन अपने निर्माण अवस्था से अब तक हरे भरे जंगली पत्तियों और पौधों से लबालब मुख्य दरवाजे से लेकर अंदर तक बना हुआ है। बताते चलें कि अब तक उक्त शौचालय का उद्घाटन नहीं हुआ और ना ही इसका उपयोग ग्रामीणों के लिए कभी हुआ है। शौचालय निर्माण कर अन्य व्यवस्थाओं को अधूरा छोड़ कर सरकार की स्वच्छ भारत मिशन अभियान को फेल करते हुए इसमें कई लाखों की लागत से बने इस शौचालय में अधूरी व्यवस्था से लोग खुले में शौच करने को मजबूर हैं। ग्राम प्रधान यशवंत कुशवाहा कुशवाहा से बात करने पर ग्राम प्रधान ने बताया कि यह सामुदायिक शौचालय क्षेत्र पंचायत से लगभग 2 साल पहले बनाई गई थी जिसका अभी तक उद्घाटन नहीं हुआ है मैंने खड्डा के पूर्व खण्ड विकास अधिकारी को इसकी जानकारी एक पत्र के माध्यम से देकर अवगत कराया था लेकिन उस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई। डाक टाइम्स न्यूज समाचारपत्र संवाददाता द्वारा यह पूछने पर कि वर्तमान समय में खण्ड विकास अधिकारी विनीत यादव को आपने अवगत कराया तो ग्राम प्रधान ने कहा कि वर्तमान समय के खंड विकास अधिकारी को मैंने इसकी जानकारी अभी नहीं दिया है। अब ऐसी दशा में सामुदायिक शौचालय का उपयोग कौन करेगा?
