महाराजगंज दीवानी कचहरी के अधिवक्ता विनय कुमार पांडे ने कोतवाली पुलिस महाराजगंज को लिखित प्रार्थना पत्र देकर निर्माता-निर्देशक ओम राऊत और अभिनेता सैफ अली खान के विरुद्ध सुसंगत धाराओं में एफ आई आर दर्ज कर कार्यवाही करने की मांग किया है उसके उपरांत अपने ट्विटर हैंडल से भी ट्वीट कर सुबे के आला अधिकारियों सहित महाराजगंज पुलिस को घटना की जानकारी देते हुए कार्यवाही की मांग किया है जिस पर महाराजगंज पुलिस ने कोतवाली ठूठीबारी को आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु निर्देशित किया है।
