प्रदेश सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय एवं प्रादेशिक स्तर के प्रतिष्ठ कलाकारों एवं उदीयमान प्रतिभाओं की गतिविधियों का सम्यक प्रचार-प्रसार तथा लोक कलाकारों को संस्कृति विभाग से जोडने के उद्देश्य से संस्कृति विभाग द्वारा अपनी वेबसाइट upculture.up.nic.in पर ई-डायरेक्ट्री लांच की गयी है।
संस्कृति विभाग के निदेेशक श्री शिशिर ने यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि प्रदेश के सभी कलाकार संस्कृति विभाग की उक्त वेबसाइट अथवा लिंक artistdirectoryupculture.com लिंक पर अपना पंजीकरण करा सकते है। विभाग द्वारा अपने सांस्कृतिक आयोजनों में उक्त डायरेक्ट्री में पंजीकृत कलाकारों को कार्यक्रम प्रदान किये जाने में प्राथमिकता प्रदान की जायेगी। उक्त कार्य जनपद स्तर पर उप निदेशक, सूचना/जिला सूचना अधिकारी को नोडल अधिकारी नामित करते हुए सुगमता से कराया जा सकता है।
श्री शिशिर ने कहा कि इच्छुक कलाकार एवं प्रतिभाएं संस्कृति विभाग की वेबसाइट upculture.up.nic.in में सम्मिलित ई-डायरेक्ट्री में स्वयं को पंजीकृत कर सस्ंकृति विभाग की योजनाओं से लाभान्वित होने के साथ ही सामान्यजन के समक्ष अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन करने के अवसर प्राप्त कर सकते है।
