राज्यमंत्री खाद्य एवं रसद तथा नागरिक आपूर्ति उ0प्र0/प्रभारी मंत्री सतीश चंद्र शर्मा द्वारा कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में विभागीय कार्यों, कानून व्यवस्था व उद्योग बंधु की बैठक की गई। बैठक में वन विभाग, मनरेगा, नगर निकाय, बृहद गो संरक्षण, स्कूल चलो अभियान, स्वास्थ्य, जिला पूर्ति विभाग, प्रधानमंत्री/मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना(शहरी/ग्रामीण), जल निगम, धान क्रय केंद्र, टेबलेट/स्मार्ट फोन वितरण, कन्या सुमंगला योजना, मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक विवाह योजना, पंचायत राज विभाग, बाढ़ नियंत्रण, विद्युत विभाग, कानून व्यवस्था व उद्योग विभाग आदि के विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा हुई। प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी ने जनपद में वृक्षारोपण संबंधित प्रगति व विभिन्न प्रकार के वन यथा शांति वन, अमृत वन, बुद्ध वन, मियावाकी
पद्धति से वृक्षारोपण आदि के बारे में बताया। मनरेगा के संदर्भ में अकुशल श्रमिकों को रोजगार के साथ स्थाई परिसंपत्तियों का सृजन, अमृत सरोवर,खेल मैदान, प्राथमिक विद्यालय बाउंड्री, मिनी स्टेडियम, मनरेगा पार्क, बंबू प्लांटेशन, ग्राम सचिवालय, खेल मैदान आदि के बारे में जानकारी दी गई। मा0 मंत्री ने कहा कि मनरेगा के तहत स्थायी कार्यों को जनप्रतिनिधियों से प्रस्ताव लेकर आगे बढ़ाने का कार्य किया जाए। नगर निकायों के तहत कराए जा रहे विकास कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की गई। स्कूल चलो अभियान के तहत प्राथमिक और जूनियर हाई स्कूल में नामांकन प्रगति, नव प्रवेशित विद्यार्थियों का सत्यापन, आधार सीडिंग आदि की समीक्षा की गई मा0 मंत्री ने कहा कि ऑपरेशन कायाकल्प में जो भी विद्यालय शेष हैं उसे चिन्हित करें और उसके सौंदर्यीकरण करावें।मा0 प्रभारी मंत्री ने बैठक में उपस्थित अधिकारियों व जनप्रतिनिधिगणों को संबोधित करते हुए बताया कि केंद्र और प्रदेश सरकार की योजनाएं बिना भेदभाव के जन जन तक पहुंचे।
सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ समाज के अंतिम पायदान तक पहुंचे। सभी योजनाओं को लाभ जनता को ज्यादा से ज्यादा मिले।मा0 मंत्री ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा, सड़क, बिजली, शिक्षा से संबंधित लाभ सब तक पहुंचे।
जीरो टोलरेंस के तहत कार्य किए जाए। अधिकारीगण व जनप्रतिनिधिगण पूरी तन्मयता व ईमानदारी के साथ कार्य करें।
मा0 मंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार की सभी विकास कार्य योजनाओं के लाभार्थीगणो को जनप्रतिनिधिगणों द्वारा स्वीकृति पत्रों का वितरण कराया जाए। गो संरक्षण के संदर्भ में ब्लॉक स्तर पर एक एक गो आश्रय स्थल की हो स्थापना की आवश्यकता मा0 मंत्री ने बताया। साफ सफाई और मलिन बस्ती निरीक्षण के संदर्भ में उन्होनें कहा कि नालियों की सफाई का ध्यान रखा जाए। नालियों की गंदगी का उचित निस्तारण हो। उन्होनें निर्देशित किया कि इस बात का पूरा ध्यान दिया जाए कि शासन द्वारा दिये गए निर्देशों का अनुपालन हो। कहीं कूड़े का ढेर/ गंदगी का अंबार ना हो, साफ सफाई का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए।स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा के क्रम में मंत्री जी ने अस्पतालों में डॉक्टर्स की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया, उन्होंने कहा कि बाहर से दवाएं ना लिखी जाए,सभी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर दवाइयों की उपलब्धता हो। स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और बेहतर बनाया जाए।जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी को निर्देशित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा राशन डीलर को राशन कम ना मिले, कोटेदार राशन में कटौती करें तो कार्यवाही हो, घटतौली नहीं हो।
प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शहरी के संदर्भ में सभी नगर निकायों में कैंप लगाए जाए, वहां जनप्रतिनिधियों की उपस्थिति हो। जल निगम की परियोजनाओं की कार्य प्रगति को जनप्रतिनिधिगण जाकर देखें।
धान क्रय केंद्रों पर 48 घंटे में किसानों का भुगतान सुनिश्चित हो।जिला मुख्यालय/ तहसील ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोस्टर के मुताबिक विद्युत पहुंचे।अनावश्यक विधुत कटौती ना किया जाए। खराब ट्रांसफार्मर, जर्जर तार, पोल बदले जाएं।
तत्पश्चात उद्योग बंधु की बैठक में जिलाधिकारी रमेश रंजन द्वारा बताया गया कि जनपद में 3000करोड़ से ज्यादा निवेश के प्रस्ताव आ चुके हैं, तथा 2818 करोड़ के 113 एम ओ यू पर हस्ताक्षर हो चुका है। इस क्रम में सभागार में उपस्थित कुछ उद्यमियों से वार्ता भी की गई।
मा0 प्रभारी मंत्री ने कहा कि उ0 प्र0 में निवेश हेतु एक अच्छा माहौल बना है। जनपद कुशीनगर पूरे उ0प्र0 के विकास इंजन के रूप में सामने आए यही कामना है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब कुशीनगर में निवेश आएगा तो नौजवानों को रोजगार मिलेगा, उन्हें रोजगार हेतु भटकना नहीं पड़ेगा।
