जिला विकास अधिकारी संत कबीर नगर विकास खण्ड सांथा के अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत खजूरी के ग्राम प्रधान व ग्राम विकास अधिकारी की मिलीभगत से अपनी जिम्मेदारी से पल्ला झाड़ते हुए दायित्व को ताख पर रख कर विकास कार्य मे अनियमितता का खेल खेला गया है । ग्राम निवासी पूर्व विधायक ताबिश खान की शिकायत के आधार पर जिला विकास अधिकारी द्वारा जांच किया गया। जिसके कार्यवाही के सम्बन्ध मे नामित जांच अधिकारी जिला विकास अधिकारी राजित राम मिश्रा द्वारा जिलाधिकारी , मुख्य विकास अधिकारी व जिला पंचायत राजअधिकारी को जांच आख्या सौप दी गयी है।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार जिला विकास अधिकारी राजित राम मिश्रा द्वारा शिकायती जांच मे अनियमितता पायी गयी है जिसमें 11 लाख 17 हजार 783 रुपए का गमन पाया गया प्रधान सचिव अवर अभियंता से उपरोक्त रकम वसूली करने तथा प्रधान के खिलाफ 95 बटा 1/ 6 के अंतर्गत नोटिस निर्गत करने के लिए जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया गया है साथ ही साथ ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी, व अवर अभियंता को निलंबित करने के लिए विभागीय कार्रवाई के लिए लिखा गया है।
