24 दिसंबर को भारत में राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। उपरोक्त के क्रम मे सम्पूर्ण भारत के सभी जनपदों में स्थापित कॉमन सर्विस सेंटरों पर उपभोक्ता के अधिकार तथा जारी अधिनियम के विषय मे स्थानीय नागरिकों को जागरूक किया गया।
इस दिन उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1986 को देश मे लागू किया गया था। अधिनियम का उद्देश्य उपभोक्ताओं को विभिन्न प्रकार के शोषण जैसे दोषपूर्ण सामान, सेवाओं में कमी और अनुचित व्यापार प्रथाओं के खिलाफ प्रभावी सुरक्षा उपाय प्रदान करना है।
इसे मनाए जाने का उद्देश्य उपभोक्ता संचार के महत्व और प्रत्येक उपभोक्ता को उनके अधिकारों और जिम्मेदारियों के बारे में अधिक जागरूक बनाने की आवश्यकता को उजागर करना है। इस क्रम में अब उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा अपने शिकायत नेशनल कंज्यूमर हेल्प लाईन ई- फाइलिंग जरिये अपने नजदीकी कॉमन सर्विस सेन्टर पर शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते है।
उक्त के क्रम मे आज फेसबुक लाईव कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ करते हुए *श्री अतुलित राय स्टेट हेड (CSC-SPV)* उतर प्रदेश ने प्रतिभाग करने वाले सभी अतिथियों का परिचय कराते हुए स्वागत किया गया।
कार्यक्रम के आरंभ मे *श्री अनुपम मिश्रा (आईएएस) संयुक्त सचिव-उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, भारत सरकार द्वारा डिपार्टमेन्ट ऑफ कंजूमर अफेयर्स* के कार्य के विषय मे विस्तार से बताया कि, विभाग द्वारा उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, बाट और माप मानकों का, पैकबंद वस्तुओं का विनियमन, आवश्यक वस्तुओं की आपूर्ति, मूल्य और वितरण संबंधी मामले , आवश्यक वस्तुओं की कीमतों और उपलब्धता की निगरानी आदि के विषय मे विस्तार से बताया।
वीडियो लाईव कार्यक्रम के दौरान *मुख्य अतिथि सुश्री लीना नंदन (आईएएस), सचिव-उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, भारत सरकार ने डिपार्टमेन्ट ऑफ कंजूमर अफेयर्स* और सीएससी-एसपीवी के आपसी सम्बन्धों और विशेषताओं के विषय मे विस्तार से बताया कि आज सम्पूर्ण भारत मे सीएससी वीएलई कि पहुँच सीधे नागरिकों तक है जो उनके उपभोक्ता अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूकता को बेहतर ढंग से बताने का कार्य कर सकते है। साथ ही सीएससी वीएलई द्वारा सरकार के विभिन्न लाभार्थी योजनाओं मे नागरिकों को सीधे लाभ दिये जाने मे सहयोग की प्रशंसा की।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपभोक्ता मामले मे सीएससी वीएलई की भूमिका और योगदान के विषय मे बताते हुये सीएससी एसपीवी के *सीईओ श्री संजय राकेश (आईएएस) ने बताया कि वर्तमान मे भारत सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली ज़्यादातर सेवा जैसे PMJAY, PM-SYM, PM-KMY, PM सम्मान निधि आदि योजनाओं के पंजीकरण मे सीएससी वीएलई ने एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। वीएलई सीधे अपने आस पास के नागरिकों से जुड़े होने के कारण उपभोक्ता संरक्षण एवं जागरूकता जैसे कार्य सरलता एवं पारदर्शिता से कर पाएंगे।
लाईव कार्यक्रम मे सीएससी वीएलई ने कॉमन सर्विस सेंटरों के द्वारा दी जाने वाली जनोपयोगी योजनाओं और कार्य के विषय विस्तार से बताया।
कार्यक्रम के अंत मे धन्यवाद ज्ञापन देते हुये *डा० दिनेश कुमार त्यागी (आईएएस), एमडी सीएससी-एसपीवी* ने बताया कि जागो ग्राहक जागो अभियान के तहत सभी उपभोक्ता को खुद की जागरूक होने की आवश्यकता है जिससे कि वो अपने अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों की पहचान कर सके।
