बताते चले ग्रामीणों व यात्रियों की सुविधाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुये वेटरनस एसोसिएशन के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, किसान मोर्चा रामचन्द्र सिंह द्वारा चार सूत्रीय माँगों का ज्ञापन रेल महाप्रबन्धक, पूर्वोत्तर रेलवे, गोरखपुर से सम्बन्धित हेमन्त कुमार, स्टेशन मास्टर रेलवे स्टेशन कप्तानगंज को सौपते हुए माँग किये है कि गाँवसभा धोधरहीं, लक्ष्मीगंज के ब्यापारियों व अन्य बाईस गाँवों के लोगों की सुविधाओं को देखते हुए गेट संख्या 93 सी का पुन: खोला जाना या यहाँ पर अंडर पास का निर्माण कराना अति आवश्यक है। सवारी गाडी संख्या 75113 जो सिवान से चलकर गोरखपुर वाया कप्तानगंज जाती है तथा सवारी गाडी संख्या 75114 जो गोरखपुर से चलकर सिवान वाया कप्तानगंज आती है उसे नियमित रूप से संचालन किया जाय। सवारी गाडी संख्या 55055 जो पडरौना से चलकर चलकर गोरखपुर को जाती है तथा सवारी गाडी संख्या 55056 जो गोरखपुर से चलकर पडरौना को आती है उसे नियमित रूप से संचालन किया जाय। एक्सप्रेस गाड़ी संख्या 05066 जो लखनऊ से चलकर छपरा वाया कप्तानगंज को जाती है और एक्सप्रेस गाड़ी 05065 जो छपरा से चलकर लखनऊ वाया कप्तानगंज जाती है उसका भी संचालन कराया जाय। ट्रेन का संचालन बन्द हो जाने के वजह से प्राइवेट बस, जीप, ऑटो रिक्शा द्वारा यात्रियों से भाड़े के रूप में ज्यादा से ज्यादा किराया वसूला जा रहा है जो सरासर गलत और जनहित में ठीक नही है। शासन प्रशासन द्वारा इसकी जाँच हो और यदि इस तरह का कोई मिलता है तो उसके ऊपर उचित कार्यवाही किया जाना चाहिए। आगे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, किसान मोर्चा रामचन्द्र सिंह ने ज्ञापन के माध्यम बताया है कि यदि उपरोक्त माँगों के ऊपर रेलवे प्रशासन द्वारा जल्द से जल्द कोई फैसला नही लिया गया तो ग्रामीणों द्वारा जनहित में कोई ठोस कदम उठाने के लिये मजबूर होंगें जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी शासन प्रशासन की होगी। इस मौके पर किसान चेतई प्रसाद, रामप्यारे शर्मा, संजय कुमार कुशवाहा, भोरिक यादव, रामनवल प्रसाद, राधे प्रसाद आदि लोग मौजूद रहे।
