खड्डा/कुशीनगर,24 दिसंबर: नगर पंचायत खड्डा में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार और विगत एक वर्ष से बैठक न होने से आक्रोशित सभासदों ने 4 जनवरी 2021 से नगर पंचायत कार्यालय में धरना प्रदर्शन का ऐलान कर दिया है।उपजिलाधिकारी कार्यालय खड्डा पहुंच कर कुल पंद्रह में बारह सभासदों ने मा. मुख्यमंत्री उत्तर प्रदेश,नगर विकास मंत्री,मंडलायुक्त गोरखपुर एवं जिलाधिकारी कुशीनगर को संबोधित दस सूत्रीय मांगों का ज्ञापन देकर न्याय की गुहार लगाई और कहा कि यदि तीन दिन के अंदर कार्यवाही नहीं होती हैं तो आगामी चार तारीख से हम धरना प्रदर्शन करने के लिए बाध्य होंगे,जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी शासन प्रशासन की होगी।
बताते चलें कि विगत छः महीने से नगर के बारह सभासद नगर में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार,वित्तीय अनियमितता,चेयरमैन का कार्यालय में न आना सहित अनेकों मुद्दों को लेकर आंदोलनरत है। इनका कहना है कि पांच माह पूर्व जिलाधिकारी सहित अनेक उच्च अधिकारियों को आठ शिकायती पत्र दिया गया है लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। चेयरमैन रुखसाना लारी विगत 11 बैठकों में गायब रहीं हैं और उनके जगह उनके प्रतिनिधि ही उपस्थित रहे और पिछले एक वर्ष से बोर्ड की कोई भी बैठक नहीं बुलाया गया है, यहां तक कि राष्ट्रीय त्यौहार स्वतंत्रता दिवस,गणतंत्र दिवस,गांधी जयंती पर वह नहीं आती हैं अतः चेयरमैन वित्तीय पावर सीज करते हुए बर्खास्त कर उन पर जांच बैठाई जाए और दोषी पाए जाने पर दंडित किया जाए तथा नगर पंचायत एक्ट 1916 के धारा 89 के अन्तर्गत सभासदों में से किसी को अध्यक्ष मान कर बोर्ड की बैठक कराई जाय। अपने ज्ञापन में यह भी मांग की है कि सुभाष चौक पर स्थित वाटर ए टी एम को जनहित में जल्द से जल्द चलाया जाए जिससे नगर के लोगों को स्वच्छ जल मिल सके। यहां यह भी बताना आवश्यक है कि विगत कुछ महीने पहले तक बिना टेंडर/वर्क ऑर्डर के एक अज्ञात महिला द्वारा इसका संचालन होता था लेकिन जब सभासदों ने इसके विषय में जानना चाहा तो आनन फानन में वाटर ए टी एम को बंद करा दिया गया और अज्ञात महिला के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराने के लिए नगर पंचायत कार्यालय द्वारा स्थानीय पुलिस स्टेशन पर मेमो भेजा गया. जिसपर अभी तक उस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है। वहीं अधिशासी अधिकारी देवेश मिश्रा को अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन न करने और भ्रष्टाचार में बराबर का हिस्सेदार मानते हुए उनके निलंबन और बर्खास्तगी की मांग की गई है। सभासदों द्वारा अन सभी टेंडरों,वर्क ऑर्डर पर रोक लगाने एवं भुगतान न करने की मांग की गई है जो बिना बोर्ड कि सहमति से कराएं जा रहे हैं या हो चुके हैं। विगत तीन वर्षों में विद्युत सामग्री,सोलर लाइट,बल्ब, एल ई डी सहित जो भी खरीददारी की गई है उसकी जांच की मांग की गई है,इनका आरोप है कि उक्त सामानों की खरीददारी में भारी वित्तीय अनियमितता बरती गई है,जितनी खरीद हुई है उसके सापेक्ष उपयोग नहीं हुआ है। नगर में तमाम कार्यों का भुगतान बिना किसी के कार्य कराए किया जा चुका है जिसकी जांच होनी चाहिए और दोषी को दण्डित किया जाय। हालांकि इनके शिकायत पर जिलाधिकारी कुशीनगर ने ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट कसया पूर्ण चंद बोहरा एवं उपजिलाधिकारी खड्डा अरविन्द कुमार को जांच के लिए निर्देशित किया था,जिसमे ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट कसया ने नगर में भ्रमण कर भौतिक सत्यापन करते हुए कई मामलों की जांच की थी, सूत्रों की माने तो उपजिलाधिकारी खड्डा ने भी अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट जिलाधिकारी महोदय को सौंप दी है,लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई.
इस अवसर पर सभासद भगवती शरण पांडेय,शिवशंकर गुप्त,संजय गुप्ता,पशुपति नाथ रौनियार,गजेन्द्र यादव,अनिल गुप्ता,कैलाश भारती,महादेव चौधरी,विनोद यादव, मनोनीत सभासद संतोष तिवारी,प्रिंस मद्धेशिया,मधोक गुप्ता उपस्थित रहे.

One thing I want to say is before purchasing more pc memory, consider the machine directly into which it is installed. When the machine is definitely running Windows XP, for instance, the particular memory ceiling is 3.25GB. Putting in above this would merely constitute some sort of waste.
