जनपद के समस्त विकास खण्डों में आयोजित होंगे 06 जनवरी से तीन चरणों मे कार्यक्रम

अंकित कुशवाहा ब्यूरो प्रमुख कुशीनगर-

शासन के निर्देशों के क्रम में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अन्नपूर्णा गर्ग ने जनपद के समस्त खंड विकास अधिकारियों / कृषि विभाग से सम्बंधित अधिकारीयो को निर्देशित किया है कि कृषकों की आय दोगुना करने के लिए प्रदेश में कृषि व कृषि आधारित अन्य गतिविधियों जिसमें पशुपालन, बागवानी, मत्स्य, उद्यान, इत्यादि तथा किसान की आय दुगुना करने का एक अभियान किसान कल्याण मिशन के रूप में चलाया जायेगा। यह अभियान 6 जनवरी 2021 से प्रारंभ होगा, जिसके तहत विकासखंड पर विभिन्न कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जाएंगे। इस अभियान के तीन मुख्य भाग होंगे तथा रोस्टर के अनुसार निर्धारित तिथियों में पूर्वान्ह 11:00 बजे से अपरान्ह 3:00 बजे तक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जाएंगे।
उन्होंने आयोजन के बारे में विस्तार पूर्वक जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि 6 जनवरी 2021, 13 जनवरी 2021, एवं 21जनवरी 2021 को किसान कल्याण मिशन के रूप में समस्त विकास खण्डों में कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने इस आयोजन से कृषकों के लाभ के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि कृषि व सहवती सेक्टर की वृहद प्रदर्शनी जिसमें स्थानीय स्तर पर लघु, सूक्ष्म एवं मध्यम उद्यमिता इकाइयों तथा ग्राम्य विकास के आजीविका मिशन के तहत गठित स्वयं सहायता समूहों के द्वारा उत्पादित प्रमुख उत्पादों की प्रदर्शनी भी लगायी जाएगी एवं विभिन्न प्रकार की कृषि तकनीकों के प्रदर्शन कराये जाएंगे। किसान गोष्ठी जिसमें प्रगतिशील किसान, कृषि वैज्ञानिक एवं कृषि विभाग से जुड़े कृषि प्रसार कार्यकर्ता शासन की किसान उन्मुखी योजनाओं के बारे में सम्यक जानकारी उपलब्ध करायेंगें। विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा कृषि कल्याण की संचालित योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों को मौके पर ही लाभ प्रदान कराया जायेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि विकासखंड स्तर पर आयोजित होने वाले कृषि मेला एवं कृषि प्रदर्शनी में कृषि विभाग के साथ-साथ उद्यान, पशुपालन, मत्स्य, सहकारिता, सिंचाई विभाग, लघु सिंचाई, नेडा, विद्युत, ग्राम्य विकास, पंचायतीराज, वन, बाल विकास एवं पुष्टाहार इत्यादि विभाग अपनी-अपनी योजनाओं से संबंधित स्टाल लगायेंगें एवं लाभार्थी परक योजनाओं के स्वीकृति पत्र/ प्रमाण-पत्र/ कृषि यंत्र वितरण/ पुरस्कार योजना से संबंधित साहित्य आदि का वितरण भी सुनिश्चित कराये जाना है। आयोजित मेले एवं कृषि प्रदर्शनी में किसान कल्याण से संबंधित विभिन्न योजनाओं के बारे में जागरूकता गोष्ठी के साथ-साथ उक्त क्षेत्र के किसान के कल्याण से जुड़े सभी कार्यक्रमों के बारे में न केवल जानकारी दी जायेगी, बल्कि योजनाओं के तहत लाभार्थियों का चयन करते हुए, लाभार्थियों को सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी तथा उपलब्ध सुविधाओं का वितरण कराया जायेगा। समस्त कार्यक्रम का संयोजन उप कृषि निदेशक/ कृषि विभाग द्वारा किया जाएगा। उन्होंने शासन के निर्देशों के क्रम में यह भी निर्देशित किया कि समस्त खंड विकास अधिकारियों के द्वारा शासन के निर्देशों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन तथा शासनादेश में निर्दिष्ट दायित्वों का निर्वहन करना सुनिश्चित करें। इसमें किसी भी स्तर या विभाग की शिथिलता क्षम्य नहीं होगी।
