प्रदेश में नकली अधोमानक एवं मिथ्या छाप औषधियो एवं प्रसाधन सामग्री तथा अपमिश्रित खाद्य पदार्थो के निर्माण एवं विक्रय की रोकथाम हेतु जनपद स्तरीय खाद्य सुरक्षा सलाहकार समिति की बैठक प्रभारी जिलाधिकारी (मुख्य विकास अधिकारी) अन्नपूर्णा गर्ग की अध्यक्षता में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में सम्पन्न हुआ।
बैठक में प्रभारी जिलाधिकारी (मुख्य विकास अधिकारी) द्वारा जनपद में सुरक्षित खाद्य एवं पेय पदार्थ पर स्थानीय एफ0एस0एस0 कार्य योजना तैयार किया जाय तथा जनपद स्तर पर गठित खाद्य सुरक्षा सलाहकार समिति की नियमित बैठक आहूत किया जाय। खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओं को मा0 न्यायालय के निर्देश के क्रम में अभिहित अधिकारी द्वारा समय-समय पर समाचार पत्र, प्रिण्ट मीडिया, गोष्ठियों के माध्यम से खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओं को जागरूक किया जाय दूध व अन्य खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता जाॅचने हेतु आम जनमानस को घरेलू स्तर पर जागरूक किया जाय। शासन के निर्देशानुसार जनपद के सभी विद्यालयों का सेफ एण्ड न्यूट्रीशन फूड (ैण्छण्थ्) कार्यक्रम के अन्र्तगत आॅनलाइन पंजीकरण कराना सुनिश्चित किया जाय। सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली के अन्र्तगत आने वाले कोटेदारों का आॅनलाइन एफ0एस0एस0ए0आई0 लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण बनवाया जाय। इस हेतु प्रभारी जिलाधिकारी (मुख्य विकास अधिकारी) द्वारा जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया गया कि वे समस्त कोटेदारों को निर्देशित कर लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण बनवाना सुनिश्चित करें। औषधि विक्रेता एसोशिएसन को निर्देशित किया गया कि सभी मेडिकल स्टोरो द्वारा फूड सप्लीमंेट, बेबी फूड, मिल्क पाउडर, व अन्य खाद्य पदार्थाें को बेचने हेतु अपना पंजीकरण अवश्य करा लें। बाल विकास एवं पुष्टाहार विभाग के अन्र्तगत फूड हैण्डलिंग करने वाले स्टोरों की खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों से जाॅच करा कर एफ0एस0एस0ए0आई0 लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण बनाना सुनिश्चित करें। फलों एवं सब्जियों पर कीटनाशक का प्रयोग न किये जाने हेतु किसानों को जागरूक किया जाय।
समिति द्वारा अपमिश्रित खाद्य पदार्थो एवं नकली अधोमानक एवं मिथ्याछाप औषधियों के निमार्ण एवं विक्रय की रोकथाम हेतु स्थानीय आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप अत्पकालीन एवं दीर्घ कालीन रणनीति तैयार करके लागू किया जाय।
बैठक में अपर जिलाधिकारी वि0/रा0 विंध्यवासिनी राय, अभिहित अधिकारी, मानिक चंद, मुख्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी तथा समस्त खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी एवं सलाहकार समिति के सम्मानित सदस्य उपस्थित रहे।
