राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह में आम जनता को जागरूक करने व यातायात के नियमों के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी।
सड़क परिवहन राजमार्ग मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की पहल पर 18 जनवरी से एक माह तक राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह मनाया जायेंगा। राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह में आम जनता को जागरूक करने के साथ ही यातायात के नियमों का पालन करने के लिए भी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जायेंगी। एक माह तक चलने वाले इस अभियान में जागरूकता रैली, ड्राईवरों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण और वाहन चलाते समय नशे का प्रयोग न करने तथा हेल्मेट की आवश्यकता आदि के सम्बन्ध में जानकारी दी जायेगी।
राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की बैठक आज कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में मा0 जन प्रतिनिधियों/जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में सम्पन्न की गई। जिलाधिकारी एस राज लिंगम बैठक दौरान विगत बैठक में लिए गे निर्णय व कार्यवाही की जानकारी लेने पश्चात गन्ने के सीजन में ओवर लोड गन्ने की सप्लाई व बिना मानक के बने ट्रालों के सम्बंध में एक टीम गठित कर प्रभावी कार्यवाही किये जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया। गन्ना ढुलाई में लगे ट्रालियों में शत प्रतिशत रिफ्लेक्टर लगवाए जाने का भी निर्देश दिए गए।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि बैठक में जो भी निर्णय लिये जाय उसका शत प्रतिशत अनुपालन करना अनिवार्य है । जिलाधिकारी ने एक्सीडेंट वाले स्थानों को चिन्हित किये जाने तथा जनपद में अंडर पास/ रेलवे क्रासिंग सहित अन्य सम्भावित दुर्घटना वाले स्थानों को चिन्हित कर प्रभावी कार्यवाही किये जाने का निर्देश उप सम्भागीय अधिकारी को दिए।
मा0 विधायक रामकोला रामानंद बौद्ध द्वारा कप्तान गंज चीनी मिल दावार भुगतान कराने व बड़े ट्राला द्वारा गन्ना सप्लाई पर रो किये जाने की मांग की गई। मा0विधायक खडडा द्वारा कप्तानगंज-नेबुआ रोड पर स्पीड ब्रेकर बनवाये जाने की बात कही गई जिसे तत्काल एक्सीयन पीडब्ल्यूडी को निर्देशित किया गया।
सम्भागीय परिवहन अधिकरी संदीप पंकज ने बताया कि 18 जनवरी से 17 फरवरी, 2021 तक राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह मानाया जायेंगा। इस आयोजन में प्रत्येक दिन नये विषय पर जानकारी दी जायेंगी उन्हांेने बताया कि 19 जनवरी को जनपदीय कार्यलयों के कर्मचारी एवंअधिकारियों का सड़क सुरक्षा के संबध में अॅानलाइन प्रशिक्षण दिया जाना, डंाइविंग रेगलुेशन, 2017 एवं मोटर वाहन संशोधन अधिनियम, 2019 के बारे में अधिकारियां व कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित किया जायेंगा। इसी प्रकार यातायात कमिर्याें के कार्य व्यवहार, टर्न आउट वआचरण में सुधार पर विषेश ध्यान दिया जाये एवं यातायात पुसिल कर्मियों को यातायात संकेतों के संचालन का प्रषिक्षण दिया जाने की बात कही गई। विभाग के द्वारा जिला अस्पतालों में वाहन चालकों का स्वास्थ्य एवं नेत्र परीक्षण एवंकोविड-19 के प्रति जागरूक किया जायेंगा। उन्होंने बताया कि 20 जनवरी को हेल्मेट व सीटबैल्ट के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए पुलिस व परिवहन विभाग के द्वारा विशेष अभियान चलाया जायेंगा। परिवहन निगम अपने चालकों परिचालकों की नशा करके बस चलाने एवं ओवरस्पीडिंग के विरूद्ध चेंकिग कर उन्हें जागरूक करने का अभियान चलाया जायेंगा। उन्होंने बताया कि 21 जनवरी को ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में हेल्मेट एवं सीटबेल्ट के संबध में लोगों को जागरूक करना एवं चंेकिग अभियान। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में परिवहन निगम अपने चालकों परिचालकों की नशा करके बस चलाने एवं ओवरस्पीडिंग के विरूद्ध चेंकिग कर उन्हें जागरूक करने का अभियान चलाया जायेगा।
सम्भागीय परिहवन अधिकारी ने बताया कि 23 जनवरी को मोबाइल फोन के प्रयोग एवं एवं डंकन डंाइविंग के विरूद्ध जागरूकता अभियान।परिवहन निगम अपने चालकों परिचालकों की नशा करके बस चलाने एवं ओवरस्पीडिंग के विरूद्ध चेंकिग कर उन्हें जागरूक करने की कार्यवाही की जायेंगी। उन्होने बताया कि 25 जनवरी को लेन डंाइविंग एवं रांग साइड डंाइविंग के संबध में जागरूकता अभियान जिसमें परिवहन निगम के चालकों की सहभागिता भी सुनिश्चित की जायेगी। साथ ही लोक निर्माण विभाग दिशा सूचकों ओर डार्क जोन के बारे में जानकारी दी जायेंगी। उन्होंने बताया कि पूरे माह यह कार्यक्रम संचालित किये जायेंगे। राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह में स्कूली छात्रों को आॅनलाईन व आॅफलाईन जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जायेंगी। उन्होंने बताया कि ओवर लोडिंग व रेट्रो रिफलेक्टिव टेप के सम्बन्ध में चेंकिंग अभियान चलाया जायेगा। परिवहन निगम के सभी बस स्टेशनों पर पब्लिक एडेंस सिस्टम द्वारा चालकों/ परिचालकों एवं यात्रियों को आॅडियो/विडियों सामग्री द्वारा सड़क सुरक्षा एवं कोविड के संबध में जागरूक किया जायेंगा।
