थोड़ी सी सजगता रखेगी परिवार को खुशहाल: मुख्यमंत्री

मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने किया सड़क सुरक्षा माह अभियान का शुभारंभ

गोरखपुर/उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने गुरुवार को सड़क सुरक्षा और सड़क दुर्घटनाओं एवं इनमें होने वाली जनहानि को रोकने के उद्देश्य से सड़क सुरक्षा माह का शुभारंभ किया। गोरखपुर एनआईसी वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग हॉल में जिलाधिकारी के विजयेंद्र पांडियन डीआईजी/एसएसपी जोगेंद्र कुमार आरटीओ अनीता सिंह एआरटीओ प्रशासन श्यामलाल एआरटीओ प्रवर्तन ए के सिंह एसपी ट्रैफिक आशुतोष शुक्ला बीएसए बी एन सिंह डीआईओएस ज्ञानेंद्र प्रताप सिंह भदौरिया सहित अन्य सम्बंधित अधिकारी मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने शपथ दिलाया कि यातायात नियमों का सभी को पालन करते हुए आज से 1 महीनों तक पहले एक हप्ता जागरूकता उसके बाद कढ़ाई के साथ यातायात नियमों का पालन करायेगे। एक माह तक चलने वाले व्यापक जनमहत्व के अभियान की अपने आवास से औपचारिक शुरुआत करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेशवासियों से यातायात नियमों के अनुपालन की अपील की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में हाल के वर्षों में आई कमी सुखद है लेकिन अब भी हर दिन औसतन 65 जानें सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में जाती हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि नशे में ड्राइविंग वाहन चलाते समय मोबाइल का इस्तेमाल ओवर स्पीड सीट बेल्ट न पहनना जैसे छोटी गलतियां बड़ी दुर्घटना का सबब बनती हैं। एक व्यक्ति की गलती की कीमत पूरे परिवार को भुगतनी पड़ती है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेशवासियों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि थोड़ी सी सजगता सतर्कता और जागरूकता से हजारों बच्चों को अनाथ होने से बचाया जा सकता है हजारों परिवारों को खुशहाल रखा जा सकता है।
सीएम योगी ने कहा कि सड़क दुर्घटना के कारकों में खराब सड़क इंजीनियरिंग भी है। हाईस्पीड और एक्सप्रेस-वेज पर अवैध कट के कारण भी आये दिन दुर्घटनाएं होती हैं। सम्बन्धित विभागों को इस ओर विशेष ध्यान देने की जरूरत है। इन्हीं विषयों के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए यह विशेष अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है।
सीएम ने कहा कि इस अभियान के शुरुआती दिनों में लोगों को यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक किया जाएगा,इसके बाद उल्लंघन करने वालों पर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई भी होगी। अभियान की सफ़लता के लिए पुलिस और यातायात विभाग के अलावा चिकित्सा और बेसिक शिक्षा आदि संबंधित विभागों को समन्वय बना कर काम करें
एक माह तक चलने वाले इस अभियान के दौरान स्कूलों में बच्चों को जागरूक करने पर जोर देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बच्चों में शुरुआत से ही सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता का भाव भरने की जरूरत है। इससे वह जीवनपर्यंत यातायात नियमों के प्रति सजग रहेंगे। इस कार्यक्रम के लिए हर जिले में जिलाधिकारी नोडल अधिकारी होंगे। स्कूल-कॉलेज में जाकर सड़क नियमों के पालन सम्बन्धी जागरूकता कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किए जाएं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गाड़ी चलाने का लाइसेंस देने से पूर्व संबंधित व्यक्ति की योग्यता को ठीक से परखा जाना चाहिए। यह जिम्मेदारी परिवहन विभाग की है। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि एक माह तक चलने वाला यह अभियान सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के सम्बंध में काफी मदद मिलेगी कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने उपस्थित लोगों को यातायात नियमों का पालन करने की शपथ भी दिलाई। ऐसी ही शपथ पूरे प्रदेश में लोगों को दिलाई जाएगी। इससे पहले परिवहन विभाग के राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) अशोक कटारिया ने कहा भारत में होने वाली सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में हर सातवां व्यक्ति उत्तर प्रदेश का होता है। इसी को देखते हुए सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों के प्रति लोगों की जागरूकता के सतत प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। कटारिया ने अभियान की सफलता के लिए जनभागीदारी को महत्वपूर्ण बताते हुए विभागीय उपलब्धियों से भी अवगत कराया।
जागरूकता रैली से की नियमों के पालन की अपील सड़क सुरक्षा माह के शुभारंभ अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने एक जागरूकता रैली को भी रवाना किया। परिवहन विभाग पिंक पेट्रोल आपातकालीन वाहन एलईडी वैन के साथ साथ विंटेज कार भी रैली में शामिल थीं। सभी पर यातायात नियमों का पालन करने की अपील करते हुए सन्देश लिखे हुए थे। कालिदास मार्ग से शुरू हुई इस रैली के माध्यम से आमजन को यातायात नियमों के अनुपालन का महत्व समझाया गया और मानने की अपील की गई। अभियान के शुभारंभ के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने परिवहन विभाग की विभिन्न परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास किया। करीब 55 करोड़ 70 लाख की इन परियोजनाओं में प्रदेश के विभिन्न जनपदों में बस अड्डों के निर्माण, जीर्णोद्धार ऑटोमेटिक ड्राइविंग ट्रैक आदि शामिल हैं।
